The best USB-C Hub for your new MacbookPro
This product works so great!!. Around 3 months ago I bought a new Macbook Pro, So it only comes with 4 USB-C ports. If you are a developer or graphic designer you know how painful this is if you have already many devices using regular connectors as common USB ports, HDMI, Thunderbolt and so on. So I had to find a good adapter that avoids me to buy multiple Apple adapters and expend tons of bucks. This was the best option I could find.It works perfectly, these are the great perks:- Its portable even though is not the smallest I've seen (better than multiple adapters in the bag).- It allows you to use 2 external monitors (1 using the USB C input and 1 using HDMI) using only one port in the laptop.- It has enough ports for the most used functions (3 USB, 1 HDMI, 1 USB C, Memory card reader).- It has a LAN adapter!!! this is a great perk for those of us who travel often and sometimes we need to connect to internet using cables in hotels or temporary offices.- It has an audio input. This is another great benefit, if you see one of my pictures you can see that chances are if you use the USB-C port close to the audio input in your laptop you will not be able to use it at all. This adapter allows me to use the jack in it.- If you prefer to connect 1 monitor using HDMI, you can use the other USB C as energy input.- Due to the metal material it disperses the heat very well so it will never be hot. These are the cons at first sight:- It's a little bit bigger than the average adapter.- That's it, I don't see anything elseI have to say that is even better than other similar product I reviewed previously (Anbes USB C Hub, Aluminum USB C Adapter) because:- The LAN adapter and the Audio jack input.- The streamline is way better.Do yourself a favor and got this instead of other options in Amazon.

Great dock replacement for 12" MacBook
I have tried many multi-port adapters for my 12 inch MacBook, and I have always run into some sort of issue or compatibility problem with all of them. This is the first adapter that I have been completely satisfied with.First of all, the design is nearly perfect. The aluminum matches my Space Gray MacBook perfectly, and it feels great to hold. My only complaint is the positioning of the USB-C pass-through charging port is located on the side rather than on the end. I can see why its designed this way, to allow for the 1Gbps RJ45 Ethernet port, but again, it's a little awkward where it is.Aside from that, the amount of ports this has is awesome: 3 USB-A 3.0 ports, 1 RJ45 Ethernet port, 3.5" audio/mic port, TF/SD card reader(s), USB-C Passthrough charging, and HDMI port. With this amount of ports, I am able to use this a as a dock for my 12" MacBook.Charging from the USB-C Passthrough port is rated up to 60W (my MacBook detected it as 21W, rather than the 29W supplied directly from the AC Adapter, but it still charged just fine).I was able to run 2560x1440 resolution at 60Hz, as well as 3440x1440 @ 60Hz using the HDMI port, and I as i understand, 3840x2160 (4K resolution) will run fine at 30Hz (although I did not test this on a 4k monitor).I did test the 1Gbps Ethernet port, and I was able to achieve 840Mbps upload/download speeds on my AT&T Fiber 1000 connection. So I believe this to be a true 1Gbps port. All in all, I am extremely satisfied, and I am happy to have an easy way to convert my 12" MacBook to a desktop computer with a single plug. Highly recommended!

The Ultimate Tool in the Age of USB C!
This product was sent to me for my honest, unbiased review. As the world of technology transitions into relying on USB Type C as the connector of choice, we as consumers are stuck to bear the brunt of limitless compatibility issues. While USB C is objectively better in almost every conceivable way, not every company is equally quick on the uptake. While Apple is choosing to put nothing but Type C ports on its newer Macbooks, many things still do not support this connector. But this time around, we are not left to rot in dongle hell; Komkaer's hub has us covered from every single angle. This 9-in1 (yes, it really does that much!) hub covers everything that we are now missing from high-end laptops, and more! This little hub brings back card readers, Ethernet, and even multi-monitor capabilities! It manages to make modern ultrabooks completely modular workstations! Komkaer has taken a problem and turned it into a feature with how versatile this hub is.And I haven't even addressed the build quality yet; to say this thing is sturdy is an understatement. The unibody aluminum is without fault, and the cable is thick and uses the highest quality connector one can see on consumer electronics. I toss it into my bag daily and jostle it around while I navigate my college's campus, and it doesn't have a ding or defect to speak of.So while USB C is taking a little bit to become homogeneous in the world of tech, Komkaer's hub really is the answer to staying connected. Jump in.
