What you see is what you get. It's a bit awkward to clip on, but it's my only experience with clip-on bow ties, toddler or otherwise, so I don't know if that's normal. I didn't dock a star for it, because it did what i needed it to do, which was stay on my son until he finished walking down the aisle (ring bearer).

Cute bow tie. Didn't like the way it clips onto the collar of a shirt. Doesn't stay well. It ended up falling off my son's shirt before the night ended.
