This gift to my girlfriend the works loose and falls off her wrist. Took it to a Pandora dealer. They told me they would repair it or replace it because I purchased it through Amazon.. So would replace it or repair it. She can’t not wear it like it is

I bought this for my girlfriend and the chain broke on the first day she wore it.

PANDORA Rose Sliding Bracelet DEFECTIVE COATING ROSE GOLD, 2 WEEKS OLD! Was taken to Pandora store for an exchange or warrantee repair, and was denied, citing mis-use. If it was mis-use the main bracelet would also have a problem. The cylindrical clasp has a defective coating. Paid over US$200 for the bracelet and one charm while traveling. What a shame after 2 weeks. Have contacted pandora head quarters.

Wenn ich wieder Schmuck bestelle, werde ich es über diesen Händler machen. Das Armband wurde schnell und gutverpackt verschickt. Ich war erstaunt, daß es in einer sehr schönen Schachtel bei uns ankam. Nicht mal Pandora selbst versendet es so toll. Respekt und vielen Dank.
