I have been sleeping better, snoring less
Was a little skeptical when I first saw this. I have used it now for a week. I have been sleeping better, snoring less, and wake up more energized. this is a very high-quality product. made in the USA , and the product description is exactly what it says it will do . I highly suggest getting this. I've tried everything. snored for years and now it's gone!!!! I can once again sleep with somebody in bed

Works well but totally ruins your sheets
Worked very well to keep me off my back. But as others have said, the Velcro shreds my sheets and pjs. Too bad because it worked very well, that my husband confirmed. It was pretty comfortable. With a Stretch that gave a little. Like a hug. But it is wearing a hole in our sheets. I can not be buying new sheets every month or two. Still shopping for an alternative. While using an old set of sheets.

Not comfortable
Idk if my dr missed the ddd diagnosis or the fibromyalgia diagnosis in my chart when recommended this product but it hurts. I’ve tried it loose and tight. I can wear it about 30 mins and it’s off.

Works great, but damaged my sheets
Comfortable, works well, easy to turn over without ending up on my back. Only recently, the belt was in such a position during my sleep that the "hooks" in the hook and loop material were directly under me while I slept. When I got up, I heard the tearing sound one would hear when Velcro strips are separated. What I was hearing was the hooks separating from my sheet. This did not tear my sheet, but the fabric was terribly pilled or full of fuzz balls. It was so pronounced, that the fabric was noticeably thinner where this happened. This did not happen until after my return window had closed. Have not heard back from seller regarding request to return.

May not work perfectly for everyone
Mostly does the job, however, I do manage to go on my back with it underneath for short periods of time while sleeping.

Really helps with snoring!
I was really surprised at how much this reduced my snoring! Huge change the first night, documented on Snore Lab app. If you snore sleeping on your back, and it gets better when sleeping on your side, this is for you. The first night was hard to get used to, but after that has worked well. I am a 5'2" 150 pound woman and a large is perfect. The velcro on the belt is completely covered by the overlap, so it doesn't snag pj's or sheets. It's too bad it doesn't come in larger sizes, because although it will fit larger people, more velcro would be exposed. The belt is comfortable and stretches enough that you don't notice it once it's fastened. All in all, great idea. Can't believe such a simple device is the answer after years of trying everything!UPDATEI used this every night for a couple of months, and was getting tired of it, so I bought a smaller size, folded it, sewed it to a t-shirt and used that for a few weeks. That worked almost as well and was so much more comfortable. A week or so ago, I decided to skip it for a night and was surprised ..... still no snoring ! (documented with SnoreLab app) Apparently this device has trained me to stay on my side at night. This might not work for everyone, but so far has worked for me most nights for over a week. This is still the best invention I've found. Using the SnoreLab app has helped me figure out what works and highly recommend trying that too.

Could be a great product but design of belt needs improvement
Works pretty well, but unfortunately ball came out and the Velcro ruined a new set of expensive sheets- frayed/shredded them.

Defective Product
Seemed a little overpriced for what I got when I received it but the concept worked keeping me on my side during the night. Then the second night using the belt the ball on the back of the belt came out in the middle of the night. Again a couple of nights later the ball came out in the middle of the night. Then after a few days of use the stitching on the belt began to come off. Probably because of the strength of the Velcro when taking off the belt in morning.
