I was looking for something robust, like white tubular railing for people that have a disability. You know the ones you see in hospitals. Then I came across this product. Well, I haven't looked back since. It is top notch quality. It is solid. It is easy to use. And it looks so good. I am made up with this and can't give more stars. I like the fixings, they have four generous screws, they are straight and thick connecting the rails to the wall. The end result is sturdy rails that look good too. Respect!

Product arrived late, box and bannister damaged, and wrong colour.!!!! Shame because wood quality excellent just damaged and not the colour ordered..

Picture is misleading, it comes in separate pieces of wood and doesn’t tell you this in the description.Mine had 3 screws missing, and this wasn’t found until the day of installation. Amazon told me to contact the sender but I’ve had no response as of yet.It looks lovely when it’s up, a bit annoying that there’s nothing to connect the pieces together so it looks more neater.For what I received, I don’t feel it was worth the cost, I know there are others out there cheaper but I chose this one because I needed the rail putting on the wall as a matter of urgency, but it’s not something I would recommend, and despite that fact that I’ve only half a stair rail up, it does look nice, it’s just a shame that it’s not complete and unfit to use at the moment till I can find screw to fit the second part of the rail.

This product was lovely workmen ship.price for handrail fittings was reasonable.but should have came with fitting instructions.would have been helpful
