Elastic band placement is too deep
Love the genuine Sundisc by Approach Studios for usage with my Godox AD200s, so ordered FOTOCREAT's version to see how it stacks up.The Good: The elastic band is thankfully a tad looser than Approach's, which will allow you to insert the flash much easier. If you're mounting this to a flash bracket, you likely won't notice a major difference between FOTOCREAT and Approach's models. The Bad: The placement of the elastic band is too deep. On Approach's version, the band is pretty much right next to the black rim, while Fotocreat's has it further away, as seen in the photo. You'll need to insert the AD200 further inside to get a secure fit, which unfortunately hides the flash's screw holes and prevent you easily attaching a grip/handle. Again, this likely won't be an issue for bracket users or someone with an assistant to hold the Sundisc. The user could also insert the grip/handle through one of the side zippers, but that would cause some light leakage. If the elastic band placement is adjusted by FOTOCREAT down the road, I would be more likely to suggest this product.

Meh. Cheap. Works sorta ok. Save twice the money and get something much better.
It does not really support itself unless you are in the exact upright position. The copy (text/writing) for this is obviously translated so I allowed some credit for that confusion. But, it seems to imply that there are supporting cross pieces between the two discs (there are not). It would work as a 12" or even 16" item, but it's just too flimsy to be useful at 24". You are much better off getting a 5 in 1 reflector and using the interior diffusion from that to shoot your speedlight throughg.

Super slim softbox. Great for tight spaces!
I love this new piece of gear. I'm used to doing headshots in very tight office spaces and this is just what the doctor ordered! They can improve on the attachment piece. I've no idea how but I like the versatility, and I'm buying a second one.!

Damaged
Already thought it was a bit pricey for what it is and then mine came damaged. The wire came bent and misshapen so it never pops up correctly. I might consider exchanging it for another one since it's the only option on amazon, but so far I'm pretty disappointed.

Not 2 items like photo. Only one double sided. Don’t be fooled
I hate that they show two items because you only get one. If you take time to read description it’s 2 sided not 2 items. But seems to work well so I can’t complain too much. It’s well designed. Now 40 dollar well designed. I think it should be closer to 25-30.

Durable and easy to travel with
I feel like the company has upgraded this product because I got one that was VERY upright / stiff / durable. It's actually quite hard to hold! It stays up really well on the speedlight and does exactly what I want it to do. This will be very useful for traveling.
