Disappointed, but redeemed.
I ordered this jewelry box for my granddaughter, and she especially wanted one with a music box and dancing ballerina. No music. The instruction on the winder say to wind it two turns clockwise. NO MUSIC! Darn! The box itself is fabulous, but upon returning this, I am reluctant to replace it for fear that the next one won't work either. I actually emailed Vlando directly, hoping they may advise or simply send a new, working box. I feel it only fair to share my experience to deter you from ordering these particular music boxes. What's a ballerina jewelry box with no music? 😢Update: I did return the box and replaced it with this same one. The replacement came very expeditiously and works perfectly. Just lovely! Who knows why the first one was faulty? A fluke, perhaps.

Everything was great. The most recent purchase I recieved 12th, the lamb taggie, did not like the way it was packaged and it looked cheap. I realize you deal with foreign countries, which I do not like and will never order shoes or clothes again, very cheaply made.
