In my view, it is one of many gadgets that newcomers to logburning think they need, when in fact various objects already in and around the house would do. We previously used the for-life shopping bags from various supermarkets to transport logs; and they, after a rinse if necessary, folded nicely away again. This bag is (a) heavy (would you ignore weight of your luggage carrier?), and bulky even when folded, so now need to think of a place to store it (near the fireplace, full of logs, it is not the nicest option to store logs). Would not bother again.

This is an excellent purchase. Am so happy. After many years of heavy log baskets around house that drop loose chippings when brought through to the fireside... Decided to buy this as a "try an alternative".It's really well made. It fits plenty of logs and kindling in for our log burner. I am able to carry it with ease (much to my husband delight!) and I no longer have to Hoover up the loose bark and kindling that used to fall out of our old log basket. It looks very stylish next to the fire (country-esque) and is excellent quality for the money.Would strongly recommend as a purchase to others, couldn't be happier...

This is a brilliant product. Before I bought this we had to carry logs from the wood store all the way through the house and bits of bark etc. stuck to your clothes and fell all over the floor but with this log carrier all the mess is left outside and you have no clearing up to do afterwards.Item well packaged and undamaged on receipt. Delivered 4 days before promised delivery date. First class seller and product and would recommend to friends and family.

Bought as an Xmas gift for my husband and know he will love it. Extremely good quality for the money - looks very sturdy and a good size. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars is that the picture is a little misleading and really should be updated - the bag design is correct but it is definitely a vivid green (racing green) and not the brown colour it looks in the photo.

My son bought this well made, strong canvas bag for me for Christmas. It's not a bad product per se, it's just really hard to carry compared to a traditional basket. Our house runs on wood via a woodburner and I've fallen over many times trying to carry it into the house when it's icy out. It's consigned to a clutter cupboard and I'm order a basket again. Hey ho.

great value for money sits nicely beside fireplace keeping the logs neat and tidy and any wood splinters/dust from logs contained just right size for carrying very well made so hopefully will last a long time so happy bought a second one I keep one in garage full of logs so always have a bag of logs ready for use

It's strong and it's huge. We used to use builders trug buckets but the handles kept getting weak and breaking due to the heat. This is made of good quality canvas with solid handles. Plus when it's not being used it takes up no space for storage. Would recommend this to anyone.

I am delighted with this product. It holds a good number of logs and carries them without leaving a trail of bits throughout the house. It folds up neatly when not in use and is a sensible colour for the job it does. I ordered two and use the other one for collecting twiggy garden rubbish that is not suitable for composting. Well made and worth the money.
