Very good sound quality
For context, I tried almost every brand of bone conduction headphones on this site. Keep in mind that bone conduction headphones will never have the quality that a good over-the-ear headphone or even in-ear earbud can provide.Summary: Best audio quality, for a high priceSound quality: excellent for bone conduction, rich and warm and full. Can feel buzzy at loud volume.Comfort: not quite as comfortable as shokz, but not badBattery: good - never tested to exhaustion.Call quality: goodOverall quality: very goodControls: always started in mp3 mode, couldn't figure out how to change that and it was kind of annoyingBluetooth: easy to pair to multiple devices, performs wellOther: came with the best case

Why is the best bone conduction headphone only for swimmers?
Firstly, I am not a swimmer. I picked this brand because everywhere I looked, the TRI 2's were the king of bone conduction sound quality. The sound crushes other brands for richness and bass. Maybe the very high end is a little quiet but no big deal. However there are a few frustrating details. I don't intend to be underwater every time I turn these on, so I find it rather annoying that they automatically start in play from memory mode every time. The big issue I have with them is about the latency. between, 200 and 500 milliseconds of delay. Now I think it is perfectly reasonable to skip out on low latency since these are designed for swimmers to listen to music on. However, there seems to be a huge market of people looking for bone conduction headphones for typical computer use due to their comfort. The sound quality is there. I think the price is super reasonable. But the latency has crushed my dreams for these things. I can take them into the gym and into the shower but watching tv is super de-synced, playing games is just not an option. I'd pay so much for a bone conduction headphone with this quality of sound and comfort with an AUX input. I don't want to return them I really like them, but I just cant use them for everything I wanted to.

Pretty good
Was looking for a bone conduction headphone for my husband and came across this as a recommendation for productivity and for use as possible work out headphone/head piece. He loved them and really likes (and sometimes thrown off) that he can "hear" music but also hear his surroundings without needing to take anything off or out of his ears! One downside to these is if you wear glasses, it does get in the way. But if you can make do without having to wear glasses while using these, then don't if you are able to or if you can bear with the double arm feeling behind/around your ears. Overall, we both love the technology and development of these and we're both hoping to see what other music/media listening devices come out in the future!

Issues with H2O Audio Device
I purchased one of this product earlier this year through Amazon. Unfortunately, the device has not worked properly since it arrived. I have followed all the steps in the user manual, but the following issues persist:1. The left earbud does not produce any sound.2. The volume remains very low and cannot be increased.3. The device does not connect to your mobile app. It keeps indicating that Bluetooth is turned off, even though it is on.I feel disappointed, as I practice triathlon and was really looking forward to using this product during my training sessions.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED
Currently using them to swim using a snorkel. These are 2X louder than other cheaper knockoffs. If you can wear them so the receptor is slightly above water, THEY DON'T CUT OFF BLUE TOOTH! even slight contact with my earlobes at 75% volume is good enough to listen to audiobooks. Gym noise and music will not overcome this set.

Low volume with wind noise
One of the earpieces vibrates all the time, which results in a tickling sensation. Also, when it is windy I struggle to hear from these headphones given the open ear design. Not what I had expected.

Only for swimming and music stored within.
I returned these, and I normally don't return anything. Here's why. My use case is just bluethooth headphones that I use to listen to music or watch videos from my phone. These don't work well for that purpose. Here is something I didn't know that might help you. You cannot use bluetooth while swimming. The instructions say you can only use the on board music. The headphones always turn on to play music files loaded onto the headphone's internal storage. You have to double click a tiny little button in between two other tiny buttons to swap to bluethooth mode. You have to do this every time you turn these on, which is often because they turn themselves off quickly. But, you will screw this up because you will try to do this too soon or think you didn't succeed and try again when you actually did succeed.I asked the manufacturer for a way to default to bluetooth mode upon startup. They said they would send me a configuration file and later withdrew this offer.Next, I bought these because people said these had superior sound quality. These were not as good as my AfterShokz. And lastly, these were not as comfortable as my AfterShockz. They were more rigid and felt like they weren't shaped correctly to fit my head. This might be better for active exercise like swimming, but is not good for sound quality or comfort.I think these are only really fit for swimming applications. You will have to load your music file onto the headphones. In this situation, these are perfect. Everything else, I advise against these.
