Great fast delivery, this is the second knife I bought. It’s one of my most favorite knifes. Damascus steel is the best, cuts perfectly every time and very sharp. Using this knife is very comfortable, grip on the gentle is superb. I feel like a top chef using this professional Santoku knife. I love the presentation of the blade and awesome balanced feel. For best results only cut on wood boards and keep away from other knifes. And wash gently with water and sponge. Awesome knife!!

I purchased this chef knife two days ago, and I am so happy with it! The Santoku knife is by far the sharpest knife I have ever owned. The Santoku chef knife came in a beautiful wooden case and was nicely packaged. The Damascus steel is extremely durable and a pleasure to use. I find it very easy to work with due to it having a unique wooded handle. It cuts through meat and vegetables effortlessly. I highly recommend this knife to anyone who loves cooking!

This knife is beautiful and very sharp, it cuts through everything like butter. It is also very comfortable to hold and cleans nicely. I love this knife and highly recommend it.

This knife is amazing! I was taken away by the packaging - the wooden box is gorgeous and looks so good in the kitchen when we store it. The knife itself is crafted beautifully - both the handle and knife have engravings on it. But most importantly, it cuts like a beast. It slices tomatoes clean and cuts through meat like it’s nothing. Definitely worth it, I’m never going back to lower tiered knives.

While a beautiful blade, it should have NEVER have passed quality inspection. It has a HUGE inclusion a millimeter above the cutting edge that will in months produce a ragged blade edge. Unacceptable from the most amateur blade maker. I'm so disappointed when buying this as a gift and trusted "Amazon's Choice" as the product to purchase. Won't do that again!!!!!! Amazon's loss and the manufacturer's loss of reputation. Disappointment. PS - I have watched EVERY Forged in Fire and know what I'm talking about.

I bought The Japanese santoku knife and it is awsome) This is the coolest knife ever, it's so easy to use and cuts everything without any effort at all. Japanese santoku knife feels great in my hand and is very sharp! Damascus steel is one of a kind! Really nice packaging, it came in a wooden box and had a very nice bottle opener gift that came with my knife! Great knife!

Very very sharp, and the forged blade is absolutely gorgeous. It is on the heavy side, full tang, but fairly well balanced. The handle is a pleasant enough shape, though the material feels more cold and slick than some of my other good knives. This one has a bit of a curved blade, which I thought would be great for chopping vegetables but they really seemed to stick to it. Reminds me of the Rock-n-Chop, lol. It's just not my preference, still a very good blade.The presentation starts off really nice, a beautiful wooden box with velveteen lining, but it includes a guitar-shaped bottle opener with a space for a magnet on the back (but no magnet). I think it was supposed to be part of some collection & maybe each type of knife comes with a different instrument? I don't know the intent, it is a cute bottle opener but makes the whole thing feel like I got it at the State Fair. I wish they had skipped the bottle opener & spent less on the box, investing instead on a handle that looks and feels less cheap. That would have made it a 5 for me.
