Excellent product. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Just be aware of the 2500W max loading if you intend to load this up fully with plugs. This is running my entire A/V setup including screens, speakers with amp, multiple consoles, set top boxes, streaming devices, wifi access points, and an HTPC with absolutely no drama. Each rank has its own power switch so you can turn on only the ranks you are using, although I am using all of them. Once turned on, each rank shows a red LED to indicate power which is good for information but may irritate if you are not expecting glowing from your power tower. Not bright or obtrusive LEDs but they are there. Product is deceptively small and light, but once loaded up with plugs is absolutely not going anywhere. It's shorter than similar products that have a single vertical rank on two sides, and may be less obtrusive in your setup. Feels well made for what it is, and works as advertised. I've not needed and therefore not tested the surge protection as yet.The only improvement would be to relocate the orange USB sockets to the top rank so they are more easily accessible - these devices tend to be plugged in and out more frequently so being able to get to the sockets would be an advantage.

If your short of sockets then this really is an ideal solution to your problem.
This Extension arrived well packaged in a cardboard box.The box contained 1x Extension, 1x instruction sheet.I've purchased this to replace a 10 socket extension as I need more sockets. This is perfect for my requirements as it has a built in overload protector. Although all the devices I'm using it with are low voltage it's nice to have the peace of mind that it's not going to burst into flames. The dual USB is also a very handy addition. The extension itself is both well designed and manufactured. Its made from a high quality durable plastic and is fitted with a standard fused 3 pin UK plug. The cord is stored in the base and is released by twisting the main extension body. The cord is about 1.8 meters long with is ample for an extension of this type. There are 3 rows of 4 sockets and 1 row of 3 sockets and 2 USB sockets, giving 15 Plug sockets in total. Each row can be isolated individually thanks to a power button on each row. An LED indicates whether the row is active or isolated making it very easy to tell the status of each row. The twin USB sockets output at 2.1 amps which means they are suitable for charging Tablets etc as well as phones. Each socket faces away from its adjacent one which keeps all the cables nice and neat. As well as the overload feature, this is also an anti surge protector which will keep your sensitive electrical equipments safe from damage caused by power surges. In this modern age of consumer gadgetry we need more and more electrical outlets. This is a superb solution to this issue, I'm very happy with my purchase

Great Bit of Kit
I really like this style of extension lead. It's neat, stylish and doesn't look too industrical if you can't hide it away.I have the 4 level version which enables up to 15 items to be plugged in. The orientation of the 'sockets' larger and wider plugs etc to be plugged in. Has 2 USB ports for that all important keeping the mobiles charged!! (a couple more wouldn't hurt...but hey!)The ability to turn off each layer of plugs is great. Although I would personally prefer to be able to switch off each socket individually. But to do that would probably make it too bulky and considerably more expensive. In my opinion, well made, pleasing on the eye and does what it is designed to do. Cannot comment on longevity as only had this one a short while, But I have had one of this design in use for at least 5 years with no problems whatsover and am confident that this one is of the same high quality and will not be failing any time soon.I would certainly, happily recommend this tower extension lead and methinks it is priced fairly!!So if you are thinking of buying one...go for it. I don't think that you will be disappointed.

Supreme cable organisation
After having cables for all my devices on the floor getting in the way of my feet for many years, I decided to sort it all out and purchased this cable tower. I'm so glad I did, everything is now at desk level, no need to get down on the floor to plug something in and everything is easily accessible. Having two USB sockets is handy although more would not go amiss. My initial thoughts are that it would clutter up my desk but the contrary is true and it is easier to keep it tidy, plus I have the knowledge that it will deal any power surges so my devices will not get damaged. If this does not happen I will let you know! I now have a phone, computer, three printers, DVD drive, USB extension block and various chargers connected and I still have several spare sockets, brilliant. The USB sockets seem to charge my devices faster than connecting them to the computer.

Won't last
This lasted about a month just long enough to be outside the return window and then the usb ports stop working and a warning light keeps flashing. Now checking previous reviews this happens alot and the so called reset switch at the base does not work so now wondering if it is even surge protected

Very good space saver and great value
When the product first arrived I thought the size would have been bigger but after using it I'm happy that it's compact and doesn't take up much space at all , from my pictures you can see I was using a cheap alternative that really didn't help me out, I'm planning on buying a pc so therefore I needed more outlets and I felt this would work , and it really does , cable management is easy using this product and I love how it has usb ports , I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs more outlets in a room that doesn't have much space to work with , very happy with my purchase and I'm thinking of buying another for in my lounge instead of the standard "4 bar" I have at the minute . Bonus that is has a lot of protection against lightning etc
