In all fairness, I offered this after the bartender in Macau, China utilized it for one of their cocktails on the menu. I loved the ease of execution and application so I ordered one off of Amazon.To my disappointment when it arrived after reading the directions I had to special order batteries that were not made here in the USA. I ordered the batteries that were recommended (like AA but slightly longer) put them in the device and the lid wouldn’t shut completely and don’t fit the standard AA USA batteries so I’m at a loss as o haven’t been able to use it and would love to figure out how to. :-(

Image shows fog juice and battery but product comes with neither. I bought separate battery but that didn't fit in the machine. I also had to buy separate fog juice. In all I have been trying to get things working with this machine for a whole month to no avail. This is the most frustrating experience I've had on this app thus far.Side note:Ulanzi doesn't sell the battery so only the heavens know where to get the battery that fits smh.

I’d rate the product if we didn’t have to wait another week or more to get the special battery that we had to order separately. Very annoying. Charge a little more if you have to but I felt $100 was plenty for a device and battery…which it didnt come with.

Better off paying the $100 that comes with batteries and oil.

Completely usesless product without the proper batteries; the suggested batteries do not allow the battery compartment to close properly.When I am able to get the machine turned out on; it does not produce any fog and flashes a warning then shuts off.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Liquid and battery dosnt come with the pack，normal 18650 battery dont even fit！

Very low quality no batteries included, and when you get the batteries ítem do not work it turned off after second. This is a waste of money.
