I had to perform the test 3 times with no clear result, luckily the manufacturer replaced my order and the app helped me determine a positive reading on a test that was not clear in my eyes.

apparently both test subjects need to place their fingers on the test at the same time...This was not stated in "step by step" instructions and led to a waste of money and time. It wasn't until I watched a youtube video on it until I realized what we did wrong. Still waiting to find out something so important over simple misguidance :(

Took both test and only one side changed colors, customer support is sending an new one

Wish I could give this a zero! We purchased this kit and did both tests in the kit. Not one, but both were inconclusive. No phone number to be found anywhere! Not even when you search online through the direct company website. Had to send an email. They sent another kit. Low and behold, both of those tests were also inconclusive. This does NOT work so don’t waste your money. $80 down the drain.

First time buying something like this and I wanted to let people know this product works really well. Basically, you get this kit, and once you use it, it gives you the results within minutes.The instructions were easy to understand and it came in this discreet packaging so it was easy for me to test my kid privately. Highly recommend.

We used this ‘product’ for a personal knowledge test. We followed the instructions exactly. I’m a medical professional so I’m sure I did it directly. The same result both times...no relation. So how is it that a buccal swan done a few hours later results in 99.9% paternity?! I want a refund!

Well first test didn’t work. Good thing it came with 2 test. Long story short my moms brother Eric is my dad. Thank you guys for helping me find the answer to this long over do question. Now I can find out who I really am.
