Mini C01C Linerlock Green

Well Executed Pocket Cleaver
The good:Build quality, materials, fit and finish are very good, especially for the price... The blade is impressively sharp right out of the box (better than most, as sharp as much pricier knives). Don't let the fact that it's of Chinese origin dissuade you. China got this one right!I love the overall design. It's a great example of the "folding cleaver" trend that is taking knife enthusiasts such as myself by storm. I also have a first generation Gerber Flatiron knife, which was initially made with VERY CHEAP 5crMov stainless steel. Within 3 months, I put a HUGE chip on the edge of the Gerber while cutting a plastic zip tie! The Gerber is now unusable garbage. Never had that problem with the Kizer.I do have two complaints though:1) The pocket clip is VERY tight! It takes a lot of effort to slide it onto the edge of my pockets. Although, the clip on the aforementioned Gerber was even worse in this regard (the Gerber shredded my pockets on my jeans too, this one doesn't, at least not as much).2) The liner lock release is a bit difficult for me to manipulate... There's not a lot of exposed surface to get good thumb purchase and unlock the blade. I wear size L gloves, someone with smaller hands might have an easier time with this.
