My suggestion is not to buy this product
I wish you didn't have to leave these charging all the time. They only work a day or two without being plugged in to charge. Sometimes the person at the door doesn't push the button exactly right and then the doorbell doesn't ring. When they are working, I love the product.UPDATE REVIEW OF PRODUCT: I am having to purchase another product. This was such a pain with a wire hanging down all the time. I have a great granddaughter, and it was dangerous for her to pull on the wire. If you didn't leave it plugged in, it would only work a short time. I'd love to return it since I can't use it anymore.

Looks great. Does not work.
It does NOT work. I followed poorly written instructions. Batteries were new. After installing, the doorbell worked fine. But, was Unable to test intercom. The next day, doorbell stopped working. Guest had to knock on outside door.

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. This is just what I was looking for, I thought. hey worked great for about two weeks. Now they don't work at all.

It works OK but the intercom only works if someone presses the button on the outside and I didn’t know that when I bought it. From what I understood I didn’t think it worked that way.

Lasted less than a month
This worked very well but only lasted a month before it stopped working. Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing.

I bought this product to replace a wired doorbell that broked. The only complain that I have is that receivers battery do not hold the charge for long time. There is a need to charge the receivers every two days, even if there is not activity using the intercom.

This wireless doorbell is very useful and easy to use. It is loud enough to be heard on another floor. Also when you speak through the doorbell the voice is very clear.
