I never knew a beach towel could be elegant, but this one certainly is. I was a little put off when I first received it, because I didn't realize it was microfiber, but I decided to give it a try anyway, and I am well pleased. Perfect to wrap around myself when I get out of the pool. Absorbs the water and keeps me drip free when I get into the car to go home. I love the subtle colors and the nature scape is straight up relaxing.

I wasn't sure what kind of "ultra-thin towel" this would be. It is not at all like a Turkish towel. The material reminds me of a microfiber cloth that one might get for cleaning one's glasses or electronic screens. I was skeptical about it being able to serve as a towel--but after running it through a wash cycle, I used it after a shower. It worked surprisingly well!Pros: It can actually be used to dry a wet person. It was "warmer" to dry off with than a Turkish towel, which usually has a looser weave and more natural materials. This towel folds up shockingly small and comes with an attached elastic loop for keeping it contained.Cons: The stitching on two corners was already coming loose when I took it out of the Amazon packaging. One trip through the washing machine plus air drying seems to have caused those stitches to become even looser. Not a big deal, but it does make me concerned about the towel's durability.I don't see getting a set of these towels to take to the beach or swimming pool--mostly because I'm still having a hard time mentally adjusting to the idea of a microfiber cloth towel. But, I think this is a great towel to have "on the ready" in a car. It folds super small, so it won't take up any room at all. And it is going to be a great towel/blanket for spur-of-the-moment picnics with young kids or to dry off slides and swings at the park after a rain storm. It will also be great to pull out when the kiddos discover some water features that they must run through. All in all, it's a great "emergency" towel to have at the ready.The photos show how small the towel folds. That alone makes this something I'll keep and use.

I was looking for a light, easy to pack towel to take with me to the pool. This one fits the bill perfectly, and in fact better than I was expecting as it:- Is soft, even though it's thin- absorbs water very well- dries quickly- does not wrinkle in the dryer- pattern is well printed- has a generously-sized loop to easily hangIt's now replaced a traditional cotton beach towel. Only thing I would not recommend it for is for cushioning purposes.

I have several of these for traveling and they are wonderful. They are microfiber, which I know everyone isn't a fan of, but when you are traveling and have limited space these are perfect. They are larger than the standard beach or pool towel and definitely long enough to lay out on the beach with. I love that they dry quickly and fold up tiny utilizing a small portion of space.

I got the oversized towel with the sunflower design. I like:1--The design - very pretty for summer2--Nice and large to put down at the beach3--It rolls up into a small small roll to easily fit into the bag -- it has a velcro closure to keep it rolled up. Love that part of it.I'm not going to use to dry myself off because it seems a bit thin but for sitting on it and being able to shake out the sand is perfect.

Love the larger size of this towel, it’s light weight and easy to travel with. It is actually great to travel with on a plane to use as a cover up when it’s chilly. The fabric is soft and has a built in loops to roll the towel up in. It’s great when you want something less heavy than a traditional beach towel.

Great towel. Super soft and comfy. Easy to wash and dry. Folds up super small so it’s easy to put in your backpack or luggage to take with.

This is a pretty “towel”. The pictures is lovely. I would not call it a towel. It is so very thin. It can roll up and be less than 2” round. There is an elastic loop to keep it rolled up. It is not the most absorbent towel. I took it to the pool, and I was still damp (I am being polite) after using it. The towel does dry quickly (probably because it barely got damp). The stitching on the towel is lacking. It is messed up in several places (coming loose, stitching sloppy). After going through the washing machine, the loose threads have become unraveled and need snipping. This towel is not the one for me.
