We bought two chairs. One worked really well, but the other one wouldn’t stay up. Our son showed us that if we folded it all the way to a 90 degree angle, that’s how it releases to lay flat. I was trying to put it all the way up, but it kept lying flat. I contacted customer service. They were good to get back with me. Once I realized that there was nothing wrong with the chair, I contacted them again.The chair is SO comfortable! It is wide enough for a normal sized person to be very relaxed. The arms are strong and make the seat very easy to sit in for long periods of time with a lot of back support. The padding on the seat is thick and very padded. I was surprised at how easy it was to carry on my back with the straps like a backpack. I’m older and skinny and if I can handle it, anyone can! I highly recommend this chair to anyone who wants to be comfortable while sitting on stadium benches. A great choice. I’d buy it all over again.

Used on a rubber swim raft so could not have anything sharp that might puncture it. This is perfect - soft, light, straps to carry like a back back, comfortable, perfect portable chair.

It's very solid and works like it should. The space between the arm rests is narrow please keep that in mind if your butt or hips are wide. I'm 6ft 3 and 217lbs it's fits me comfortably.The straps are very cheap and thin. They work but it makes me wonder for how long. It's portable enough to carry on your back. I'd recommend it for kids sporting event!

I bought this for my husband to sit in after back surgery, to keep him in the proper position on the sofa. It has held up very well and the arms have been a great aid in helping him out of the seat. It is nice that is so portable. We can take it with us everywhere. Because it is covered in a thick padding, we do not have to worry about it scratching, or damaging anything, and it makes it very comfortable.

This stadium seat is so comfortable and sturdy. Easy to carry and well worth the price. I bought just the regular size and it is perfect for me. My daughter is the one who told me about them and I am so happy I purchased them. If you have back problem and go to a lot of games where you sit in bleachers these chairs are the answer.

Bought this for High School football games. Easy to open, and very comfortable. The padding was great, and it didn't squish down flat. Highly recommended.

Bought this for football games, my back is injured and I needed something more comfortable than the stadium seats and portable. This one is so awkward to carry, as a back pack it hits right at the back of my knees and any other way its heavy at far distances, I only used it once, then the angles are off for reclining it and there's no cushioning to speak of. I ended up just using the memory foam cushion from my car that has a handle I bought here for a fraction of the cost. My window for return closed before I could ever test it, or it would have been returned!!! Don't waste your money
