Barmah - Foldaway Aussie Bronco Leather Hat with UFP Protection 1060 (XXL(62cm), Hickory)

I ONLY buy these hats, it started 12 years ago when I saw one in Kangaroo leather in a small outdoor and golfing shop in St Andrews, Scotland. I fell in love with it immediately, The quality hits you right away! I had it for years and people always complimented it in every bar I went into, women WILL steal it off of your head and little boys want to wear it for a picture. Alas my first one was stolen for good but I replaced it with a cow leather one. They keep their shape and fold into a tiny bag, springing back to life every-time. When I find something that works for me I stick with it for life. I wish I got a slightly bigger one but it fits ok and will stretch over time probably. These hats are the way to go for the outdoors man in hot climates because of the portability, waterproof in the thick leather, and ease of packing. Beautiful hats there is only so good you can make hats and these guys are top of the scale in every way.

I love Barmah hats, I own 2 in different colours.The quality is excellent as is the comfort, lightweight and durable does an excellent job of protecting from the elements be it wind, rain or shine.The bag the hat comes with is also excellent quality, don't leave the hat in its folded configuration for extended periods as it can loose its shape, all instructions are printed on the bag.If you like bushman/cowboy style hats this is a must

Great hat that replaces one I lost that was much missed. I have a large head so finding hats to comfortably fit is very difficult but the previous incarnation of this hat fitted perfectly and the XXL one here did too. Very happy customer though was disappointed that the carry bag didn’t arrive with it and fingers crossed following contact with seller it will be with me shortly.

Choose a hat size on the bigger side if in doubt, because hide gets a bit smaller as time and use goes on. Very good for Sun protection as you would expect and folds away nicely.

i have tried many hats, but have not been entirely happy with any of them. So, I decided to pay more and get a better quality one. This Aussie hat is excellent. It fits well, is comfortable and looks good. A eureka moment at last. It proves again, 'you get what you pay for'. Best of all, the wide brim protects my neck from the sun. Five stars all the way!

Fit as said colour bit to light

I have owned two of these, the first one got left in a car I sold, and the bloke never returned it, so he must have liked it as well, never went mouldy or showed any water Marks like the cheep ones do, overall Excellent quality, and the Ausi style means you don't look like you're on your way to a line dancing club.Like others have mentioned they do come up a bit small so go up one size from what you would usually get and it should be bang on.

I ordered a Large size which would have been a bit tight, but was delivered an Extra Large which does actually fit perfectly - i don't know whether the retailer knows this and upsized my order or that it was a genuine mistake, however they must have known as the Extra Large fits perfectly and I am very happy with it.An Australian colleague at work saw it sitting my desk and got all excited and he said that it was very good quality - a stamp of approval in my book!
