Handmade in Vietnam, this stunning piece is both a work of art and an engineering delight.I chose the smaller 31.5" dimension as it protrudes 6" from the wall, making it a better fit for my desired placement. (There is an option for a 34" dimension which protrudes 7" instead). We mounted the piece in a low-traffic area to ensure it remains safe from accidental bumps. The depth gives it a beautiful presence without being intrusive.DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATIONThe customer service was fantastic. I ordered "Endless" on December 12, 2024, and while the estimated delivery date was January 14–February 5, the seller kept me updated throughout. They shipped on December 15, and the piece arrived via UPS on December 26—well ahead of schedule! Keep in mind that these are handmade, so a 4–6 week delivery is reasonable, but the faster timeline was a pleasant surprise! (And they arrived the day before my birthday--so Happy Birthday to me!)For added versatility, hours after I purchased "Endless", I reached out to the seller to ask if their pieces share a universal mount, as I was also thinking about purchasing the "Mandala." He not only confirmed that it is possible to switch them, he kindly created and sent a video demonstrating how easily the pieces can be swapped. This flexibility means you can refresh your space by switching between designs—a truly thoughtful feature.ASSEMBLY AND MOUNTINGThe assembly process was straightforward. One person put "Endless" together in about 30 minutes. The second piece, called the "Mandala" was put together in slightly less time because one had already been assembled. The pieces are clearly labeled, and the instructions are easy to follow. While we didn't receive a wall mounting template, we improvised by copying the mount plate on our home printer to ensure proper alignment, and we used a level to line up the top two screw holes on the template before taping it to the wall, and drilled the holes with the template still affixed to the wall. If missing, I have no doubt that the seller can provide a PDF template via email (and the template is usually included in the packaging). He is very helpful and responsive, so reach out to him if you need anything.FUNCTIONALITY AND EXPERIENCEThe kinetic motion is absolutely mesmerizing. After slowly winding "Endless" 50 times clockwise, it ran smoothly for just under 4 hours. The gentle sound of the moving parts adds to its ambiance rather than detracting from it. This piece creates a serene and captivating visual effect as the natural or artificial light interacts with its movement, casting intricate shadows on the wall. Even when stationary, the artwork remains a striking and elegant focal point.PLACEMENT CONSIDERATIONSThis piece is best displayed in spaces where its beauty can shine, such as dining rooms, living rooms, hearth rooms, great rooms, rec rooms, offices, or foyers/entryways. It might not be ideal for bedrooms if the motion and sound could disrupt sleep--though you don't have to wind it up all the time. It's also probably not ideal in bathrooms where humidity might affect the mechanics over time.PACKAGING AND DURABILITYThe packaging was impressive. Both pieces arrived securely boxed with solid wood and screws and cellophane wrap, ensuring they were well-protected during transit. It would take significant mishandling to damage these well-packaged pieces.FINAL THOUGHTSWe are absolutely delighted with "Endless", and know it will be a conversation starter when hosting guests. Its calming motion and artistic design bring a unique energy to the room that we enjoy. This is a beautiful piece for anyone looking to elevate their home decor with something extraordinary and unexpected. I'm so glad I also bought the "Mandala" so I can swap the two pieces whenever I'd like. If I could find another ideal wall in my home for a third one, I would definitely purchase the "Loving Heart" design (and I am seriously considering where I could add it). It looks great and is a wonderful addition to our home. It is both a functional and beautiful piece of art that we really enjoy! It's very calming, relaxing and great meditation piece. It is well made with great craftsmanship. Delivery was quicker than expected. Seller was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to me. Highly Recommend!

i cannot get the wind up mechanism to work, as soon as i wind it up it goes for a bit and the keeper arm releases the spring and it ramps up super fast and the little keeper arm doesnt re-engage to keep the potential energy ... Please Help

When I wind mine up it only runs for a couple minutes. How do I fix this?

The media could not be loaded. My husband got this for my birthday present. The shipping packaging/container was incredibly tricky to get through at 5am when he gave it to me; but I appreciate how protected the pieces were. I got help putting it up in my office, and I needed a little customer support via Facebook messenger (from which I got an immediate response). After taking the advice/fix, the art worked beautifully. I’ve had co-workers and clients come into my office just to watch it spin and decompress a little.

Let me just say that this is absolutely awesome. It was easy to assemble and works perfectly. A friend of mine had one and I just had to have one too. You will love it. The packaging was inpecable. No way was it going to get damaged in transit.
