Heavy, beautiful, cooks evenly. The walls and base are a bit thicker than my Le Creuset and so it takes a slightly higher flame or a longer preheating time to get the same browning. But it cooks evenly, cleans easily (by hand of course) and is just a pleasure to use! Gourmet Dutch oven at a reasonable price!

Fall apart tender. Easy to cook in of course. It’s big and I was able to put a pretty big chicken in it. I baked it for a while and then I took the lid off to brown it. It is heavy. It is not a nonstick so I soaked it, and then was able to clean it. It’s also pretty. I picked a pretty color. Nice enough to put on my table to serve from. It looks clean in the lighter color. I like it.

This purchase was a great one! Perfect in sturdiness and durability along side being beautiful enough to leave out on the stovetop for ease of use and decor. Easy clean up and excellent purchase. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, high quality, ceramic coated, cast iron stock pot! Cooks beautifully!! I bought the dark green with gold knob. Visually attractive in my kitchen, cooks as expected, clean up is a dream!

We LOVE our Overmont Dutch Oven! We looked for weeks weighing the many options of Dutch ovens and this is the one we kept coming back to. We’ve made Many sourdough loaves and they come out with excellent height as well as texture thanks to the steaming effect the lid provides!! Our Overmont is still perfectly clean because we heat water in the Dutch oven on the stove and after coming to a boil, add 2 Tbsp of baking soda. Continue boiling a couple minutes, turn the heat off, wait for it to cool to touch and wipe out any cooked on residue. No scrubbing with abrasives.. use a wooden spoon if necessary but abrasives will damage and cause things to stick during future cooking. Our Overmont still looks beautiful and brand new due to this cleaning technique. I definitely recommend this product!

The only thing I don't like about it is the enamel being black means it's hard to see things such as browning level of food or when onions are done sweating.Otherwise, it's great!

I use this pot all the time. I am happy with my purchase, glad I didn’t need to spend hundreds of dollars as this pot is well made and durable. The color darkens when it is heating but it goes back to normal soon after. The recipe book was a nice addition!

I’m impressed! I recently bought a 9qt Le Creuset DO for $300. The thing didn’t even come with a handle capable of baking breads at 450. That’s extra!I wanted something smaller for baking bread and decided to try this 5 qt DO and didn’t want to spend another $200+!I am impressed with this DO! If you closely examine it you may find a few minor blemishes but nothing that’ll affect the cook.The DO also comes with pot holders, a mini cookbook, and a silicone trivet. A nice touch!The DO was well packed and survived the journey to our home.I chose the white finish and it looks great!I would highly recommend this DO!
