I use these 12 ounce cups with lids at home and when I travel. The cups are sturdy and the lids very secure. They will keep your coffee, tea, etc. hot longer and they are not too hot to handle with out a sleeve. Excellent product at an excellent price. As good or better grade than restaurant or cafe.Had a minor issue with a few cups damaged during delivery and I notified Customer Service. Their response was immediate, professional and personal. This was a minor issue and they took the Extra Step. Outstanding Customer Serrvice. Love the cups. Would not hesitate to repurchase again or recommend same.

These cups are definitely durable. I was looking for quality cups for my coffee bar and these do not disappoint. It was very important that I got cups that wouldn't leak out hot beverages after only a few hours. I tested this by leaving coffee in the cup for 48 hours. The bottom was still in tact! They also fit perfectly in my organizer. I would definitely order again.

I was looking for a good cup like the local coffee shop might use. These are not commercial grade in that sense but are good quality cups. They hold up very well and I have no complaints... about the cups. The reason I’m writing a review at all is due to the lids. The lids are thin and brittle, a poor complement to a fairly decent cup. They seal well and in that regard are fine. The main issue is the cut out used for sipping through. Many holes were only partially punched out, but even worse, at least half the lids had sharp jagged edges where your lips go and could cause a cut if not careful. I would rate the cup at a 3 1/2 and the lids a 0.

I really liked these To Go hot drink cups. They keep the drink hot without burning your hands and they are not flimsy, they are durable. Great price, too!
