This umbrella is perfect for traveling! It's lightweight and best of all, I love that I can open it with a click of a button. The first few times I used it, the button was a bit hard to press down but now it's looser and much easier to press and open. Great size for one person and very light. It withheld nicely with moderate wind. Beautiful color too!

So far this umbrella has exceeded my expectations. The automatic open/close feature works well and is such a great feature when getting in and out of a car when you can simply open or close the umbrella at the last moment with a simple push of a button instead of having to manually open/close like some cheaper umbrellas. I have used it in severe rainstorms, and it has protected me well even with some high wind gusts. The size of the umbrella is perfect for myself and would also accommodate a 2nd person such as my wife, however, it would probably be too small for two large people where it won't fully cover both bodies entirely but should still easily cover the heads and perhaps shoulders.

Larger than I thought it would be; the seller has a photo with a 12.5 inch measurement, next to an iPhone that makes it look fairly compact. The closed umbrella from top to bottom is 14 inches, so, while it is close to the 12.5 inches listed, it does just seem longer than expected.The Open button really pops this umbrella open - the first time you do it, it's a bit startling as it just goes - boom - and it's fully open.It provides coverage for one person quite well, with about a 40-inch span when fully open; the handle is comfortable and there's a wrist strap, but unless you have small hands/wrists, it will be a very tight fit getting that wrist strap on.The same button closes the umbrella, with a pop!, and then you just push the handle down until it clicks. But, once you've opened it, it's near impossible to get the cover sleeve back on the umbrella, and if you're coming out of the rain with a wet umbrella, forget it. It would be better if the sleeve was zippered or at least gusseted so that it would more easily fit over the umbrella and then you could zip or cinch it closed.For the $10 price, this looks to be a solid travel umbrella, a bit bigger than others, but it does have a sturdier feel to it.

I purchased this umbrella for my preschooler. I have beaten it up a bit in anticipation to see if it will hold up to his abuse and so far, so good. I love the lightweight and compact design. And variety of colors, cause that's important in making sure you don't collect someone else's black umbrella. Why does everyone have black? Fun colored umbrella for the win.

This is a much better quality umbrella than most inexpensive umbrellas you’d get in a drug store at around the same price point. It’s well made, very compact, and has a good span when fully opened.

Very compact, easily opens with the push of a button and works great. If you dont fully reset it, it wont open and lock again, which is my only issue, but it is not a big deal. The umbrella works great.
