Love this size oven bagsGreat for cooking a couple pounds of poultry or roasting potato, and vegetables with Seasoning Packet for a flavorful and tender meal.Turkey size bags are great for a party or Thanksgiving, but are too big for smaller groups & meals.It's hard to find large renyolds large oven bags in stores, so happy I found them here for a reasonable price.

I use these all the time for food storage, since I know they are food safe. They are a great size for freezing pie crusts in my Pyrex pie plates, individual pizzas from my favorite pizzeria (I put them on foil and cover with plastic wrap, then freeze them in these bags), tarts, and cakes that aren't overly tall. The actual freezer ziplocs, even the 2 gallon size, are too small. For actual cooking, I have only used the turkey size for Thanksgiving turkey, which comes out great without a big mess, so I assume that these bags would work as well for whole chickens.

What's the harm? I had never used baking bags until now, when I discovered how to bake spare ribs, at long last. The star chef of "Restaurant Impossible" showed me how to do ribs in a very low (225F) oven. He used plastic wrap. I tried that, but todays plastic wrap will melt somewhat at that temperature. (I ate them anyway!) Enter oven bags, memory right. Put your rubbed/flavored/worshipped/lusted after ribs in an oven bag (fold on the bottom to retain moisture), and into a 225F oven. Walk away, don't worry about your ribs for about 4 hours. They will be moist, ready to fall off of the bone, provided you didn't fall asleep and leave them in the oven too long. Since you can see and feel the ribs in the bag (no tickling), you can monitor their desired doneness. A chicken awaits my next oven bag adventure. Can't hardly wait!

I know these are for cooking, but my bf and I were looking for an easier and less expensive way to replace the bags we use with our Volcano Vaporizer. Saw a few reviews on here saying it's good for Vaping and so we bit the bullet and bought even tho it's a little more expensive than we wanted.These bags work great for Vaping bags!!! The original bag relacement bag material is so crinkly before you even use it. These bags are softer and have a quieter material so filling up the bags don't make a huge amount of noise-great if you're up late and don't want to wake someone else.One end is already closed so you don't have to tie it off which is a huge plus!The only downside that I can see, and it isn't even a fault really, is that the bags are smaller than ones I would make. Obviously. Because they're for cooking a chicken or something, not vaping. But they're still amazing! Sure you gotta refill it a bit more often, but I'm on day 5 of using my first one (heavy daily use) and it is barely making a crinkly noise. By this point before the volcano brand bags would be so crinkly and noisy!5/5 because I'm not faulting the bag for its size. I bought something intended for one purpose and I'm using it for another. Probably gonna cook with them too!
