I had a choice of 2 mouth guards in the box, 2 sizes, one I assume for upper teeth and the other lower. It took me a few goes to try to get it to fit but the finish was poor and far too big to fit properly.Very disappointed

This set is fantastic, the quality is amazing, very easy instructions, guiding you step by step for the moulding, perfect fit first try, very comfortable to sleep in,they give my teeth the protection they need. Definitely the best I have tried, highly recommended.

Easy to use but fitting not the best.

Stops teeth grinding and so much cheaper than the 1s from the dentist and you get a spare set. Can't fault these at all. Definitely recommend if you grind your teeth in your sleep. They are easy to mold and are very durable.

How long do I have to wait for reply to my previous queries

Easy instructions, follow them step by step and definitely use a timer for the heating process then you'll get a great fit plus you can heat them more than once if necessary so you don't need to worry about waste. Also excellent value I thought. This is my first time ever using this type of product and will definitely buy these again.
