Danica Studio Hill & Dale Doormat

Highly satisfied with this purchase. The doormat is even cuter in person. It’s extremely high quality and durable. The colors are rich and vibrant, and the image/printing is crisp and detailed. I’ve already received a number of compliments on my fun new welcome mat, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I first bought this mat for a White Elephant/Gift Exchange party with my family. Wow......people were getting nasty to get this mat!!! It was hilarious and everyone fell in love with it. I bought again for this Christmas and tried to hide in a box but the first thing that was said is "I know that has to be Larry the Llama" and game was on!! This mat is super thick and super adorable. I'm just waiting for a family member to roll up and steal Larry......:-)

Doormat actually cuter on the porch than in the picture, great fall colors and love the design. 100% coir can be hard to find, a wonderful thick doormat!

I use this at the entrance to my RV and I camp in some very sandy and leafy places. It works brilliantly and I love the look. The only downside has been keeping it in place. It tends to slide around. This would not be an issue for outdoor use, I'm sure. I put some rug tape on the back and that holds it pretty well. After 12 weekends of fairly heavy use, it still looks new.

I receive a lot of compliments on this door mat. It is located at my front door which is well covered from the elements so the colors have held up nicely.

I saw another review that stated this mat (Adventure Awaits color) was ruined in the rain. The same happened to ours though not as badly. It did get darker on one side but not enough to cover the image. We just turned it around so that the next time it rained, the color would even out. It's slowly blending but not entirely yet. I did get another of the same mat in a different color for the front door (the llamarama one), and the colors are dark enough that the rain didn't cause any noticeable discoloration. I didn't experience the same issue others did with getting more of a bath mat material. These came in just as expected. It's a coarse material clearly meant for the outdoors.

The cat likes to roll on it too.

Felt like it was a bit overpriced but love it.
