Fits perfect, very comfortable.
The fit is perfect, super easy to swap and install. Solid build and good quality. Comfortable fit and the headset feels very well balanced with the battery on the back. There is no face pressure and the ratchet design allows the headset to be shared easily and quickly customized. Great design, very functional, and extends the time I can play both from comfort and battery life.

Another great Kiwi product.
Love this headset. Comfortable and extends the battery life. Easy to install. We love how easy it is to adjust between different users. So much better than the stock strap. Build quality is top notch as well. Amazing value for the price. I have several Kiwi products for the quest 3 and they are all fantastic.

Comfortable, good battery, no data pass through
Really comfortable, battery and charging works well. Unfortunately if you want to plug into your computer with a wire on the quest you have to unplug the battery on this, it doesn’t pass the data through to the quest. Possible next generation idea?

Comparing the H4 with the K4 (spoiler alert, H4 wins)
First off, I will say that no matter what head strap you get, you will have some pressure on your head. The choice is, however, whether you want that pressure mostly on your face (K4) or mostly on your forehead and a little bit on your face (H4)?Personally, I prefer the pressure on my forehead as it is more tolerable for me. That is why I prefer the H4, and returning the K4. With the H4, I feel that I have more adjustment options. Many reviewers stated that the H4 is too loose, especially when compared to the K4, however, I feel that the H4 was plenty stable. Additionally, you can configure this headset to press against your face as well, to give you that K4 feel if you enjoy those super intensive and workout apps. However, for all games I played (shooters mostly) I was able to adjust the H4 with minimal pressure on my face and still able to react quickly and look around quickly in the game without feeling the headset was loose. With the K4 that I used exclusively for about a week, I would get painful pressure on my cheeks within about 20-30 minutes. This also affected my ability to close one eye when aiming snipers and would fatigue my face rather quickly. This happened even when I tried to put as much pressure as possible on the top strap of the K4 to shoulder as much of the load as possible. I do appreciate though that the K4 has a more "integrated" charging cable, where the H4 cable pretty much just goes from the battery pack to the Quest externally. But this is such a minor detail that has no affect when the headset is on.Another win for the H4 is that you are able flip up the headset without any adjustments and see your surroundings when in a game, something that you cannot do in the K4 as the pressure on your face is what keeps the Quest on. The battery seems to be the same on both, and adds about 2-3 more hours to the headset for a total of about 4-5 hours. Another positive (for both the H4 and K4) is that the charging input is at the back and bottom of the head strap making it easier to enjoy the Quest 3 while charging, as opposed to coming out the side of the Quest 3.Ultimately, I personally feel the halo style head strap is much more comfortable, allowing for longer play sessions without much discomfort.

So far it's great
I received this halo head strap a couple days ago and so far I'm very pleased. It's adjustable and fits well. The strap tightens around my head, keeping the weight off my nose and forehead. I can move with confidence while playing games and me and my grandson can switch back and forth on competition games and adjust it to our preference quickly and easily. The battery easily doubles the play time and charges in a couple hours for more game time faster. As long as nothing changes I rate it 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and lightweight, but read below
I'm not sure if i'm using it wrong as it is my first halo strap, but it feels quite loose in the sense that the back part and front don't feel like holding my head hard enough like the regular strap, but this may be a pro for you if you feel pain from using the elite style straps. The problem is that moving around with it at first feels flimsy until you get used to it. Other than that, the quality is superb and sturdy, and the battery holds a good charge and haven't had any problems with it connected to my headset.

Cheap plastic holding Quest broke!....2ND PAIR!
So for reference I bought the non-battery version of this halo strap and with that one I was willing to give Kiwi the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe I was too rough with it. SO I decided to get the upgrade since I had a coupon and A LITTLE OVER 2 WEEKS LATER! Same part broke, I was gently with the headset and everything! the plastic support holding the Quest 3 snapped I suspect to stress due to it being plastic not designed with constant pressure in mind. If this was made out of stronger plastic or metal it would hold better. I tried to fix it with super glue but then wondered "WHY DO I HAVE TO DO THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE?!" Such a shame, I bought Kiwi products in the past thinking they were well built. Turns out they are no better than the rest of the no brand Chinese crap we see on here. I will not be buying another Kiwi product in the future.
