So it’s beautiful looking. Presentation was pleasing. HOWEVER. It’s not good at all. It was barely any filling and the filling it did have was dry and thin and didn’t taste like pistachios at all. The chocolate was also not very rich. For $22 I was very disappointed.

I loved the packaging, which made the quality of the product that much better. The chocolates themselves were absolutely delicious! They had the perfect amount of sweetness without being too overpowering, and their design was so beautiful! If anything, I would say these are basically baklava, just in chocolate form. They have the perfect pistachio-to-chocolate ratio, and the price is reasonable for how yummy they are! I give this product to anyone who is craving some authentic chocolate!! I highly recommend it!

I ordered this because I was curious after seeing lots of recipes on social media. I didn’t want to make it myself, so I ordered the one that wasn’t outrageously expensive. The filling was thick, crispy, and luscious. The chocolate was creamy. It’s boxed beautifully like a gift! Overall, I enjoyed it, but there wasn’t any pistachio flavor at all. That was disappointing.

The critical reviews appear to be real. I took the risk as the price is lower than most others despite still being high. To get a sense for the hype, it should be okay, though.Anyway, the “keep cool” should not have been hard in November with temperatures in the upper 40s as the high right now. Imagine my surprise receiving chocolate that was clearly stored way too warm as it melted to a less defined shape. (Not cool! Literally.)On to the taste test. The filling is a pistachio creme with crunchy fillo dough pieces. Latter provides a nice crunch, and that’s a positive. The chocolate itself is fairly standard milk chocolate. (Not exceptional nor horrible.)As for the overall taste, it’s the American level of sweet. Sweetness is no surprise for chocolate but the sugary sweetness is a bit much for me. It’s not bad, but not great either.Overall, an interesting experience to try once. At this price point, however, it’s unlikely to happen again.

Very disappointingWe pay so much money for chocolate because the hype and receiving this horrible condition chocolate bar all melted I don’t even want to try. God knows how long it was outside.
