This product is in Celsius only you will need to use your smartphone for the conversion. The dehydrater worked very well for me, I cooked jerky several times now. I set it on high as it would go for 6 hours , depending on how full I filled it. So know it will work for all other needs..

Talks nothing of temperature settings to be used for the various foods...and some of the pre-treatment references are ambiguous and hard to discern. Twould have been nice to have actual 'recipes' . Like "chicken jerky. Pretreat.... Slice x" thick' Dry on Y temperature for Z hours. Store... But NONE of that is there. For this price, I would've expected it.

I am a raw vegan. I have tried various things to dehydrate with absolutely no success! Very very disappointing! The money I spent on this piece of crap was like me throwing money out of a moving car!

This is the first time for me to use a dehydrator. The reason why I wanted to try this was my little one always made the carseat in a mess if she was left alone with juicy fruits. After having this, it totally became better! It is very easy to operate and clean. I really like it!

This is an OK product. Takes a long time to dehydrate but it still does the job. Pulls alot of power and takes longer then I'd like for even the thinnest of foods.

Mine is super loud. The fan is not quiet at all. Fruits are taking far longer to dehydrate than the suggested times. Easily twice as long. For 79 odd bucks expect better.
