Great product, exactly what I was looking for.

These 'Probiotic Complex - Vegetarian 18 Premium Strains - 10 Billion CFU - Digestive and IBS Support Supplement with Lactobacillus Acidophilus & Bifidobacterium - 60 Capsules - 2 Months Supply' by brand "SigmaBiotics" are exactly that - capsules as opposed to tablets. I know that may come across as an obvious thing to say but sometimes people say capsules when they mean tablets and vice versa. The capsules are white in colour and are average sized I would say. I have uploaded a pic of the inside of the bottle and with two capsules next to a five pence piece so you can see for yourself. As far as I am concerned they are tasteless. I sniffed the inside of the bottle they arrive in and did get a scent but this did not translate into taste so far as I have taken the capsules. With regards taste I wash them down with water too fast to taste anything even if it is there, which I don't think it is.The pills arrive in a generic plastic pill bottle with a screw cap. The recommended dose of these is one per day. This is a 60 pill bottle and taking 1 per day fairly obviously makes it a two month's supply, or 60 days worth if the month has 31 days!It is early days here and too early for me to speak of any health benefits but the capsules seem high quality and well made and I am happy to keep taking them for the foreseeable future. I haven't felt much in the first week or so of taking them, but importantly I haven't had any ill-effects either. I guess I will have to wait and see with my fingers crossed that the health benefits are real and manifest themselves.

I don’t feel I’ve been taking these long enough for me to comment on their efficacy, so this review is based on the quality of the product, at the moment.These are well packaged, the pills themselves look good quality, they certainly have what I want in them, and I’ve been taking them a week and feel like I’m pretty happy with them.I’ll update this review in a month or two when I’ve taken them for a longer time, but I’m very happy with them so far, and think they’re a very reasonable price for what they are

These Sigma Biotics 1 a day capsules offer a good strength of probiotics and an offer 18 different strains which is fabulous. Easy to swallow and great value, they come in a 1 month 30 capsules or 2 months 60 capsules supply with the 2 month supply working out as the best value for money also vegan, GMO-free, GMP certified and no additives from a UK company

I previously ordered the 30 capsules size but loved this product so decided to order the 60 pack which is much greater value for money for the big set of probiotics you get in this formula

These are medium-sized capsules and are easy to swallow. There is no strong smell and no taste as far as I can make out. It has been easy to incorporate these into my daily routine with only one needed capsule per day. I have experienced no ill side effects, even when I mistakenly took two in a day.My diet can get a little haphazard at times, and these capsules should help maintain a good balance of gut bacteria.

As a microbiologist, I can say this is very good formula I have used for gut health.
