So relaxing!
Free next day delivery is what was claimed. And that's what I got. I only wish other sellers on Amazon Marketplace were as quick off the mark. Unfortunately many are far from it.As to the Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulphate), I use them in the bath for a long relaxing soak. All the aches, pains and stresses of life just melt away, while I top up my magnesium levels in the process. Making sure that my hair gets a good soaking in it at the same time, leaves my hair much more manageable afterwards than it normally is. I guess it calms that down too.

Excellent product for a great price
Excellent product for a great price. A mug full in a bath for 20 mins really helped with post-gym aching muscles and also helped for a good night's sleep!Out of each kilo pack (you get three in the box) we probably got four or five mugs' worth. So £12.50 for say 15 uses.The only thing was the delivery, but that was more Yodel than Amazon. They said next day, which was great but actually took two days. Very pedantic to note but I waited in for the delivery so that was a bit annoying as they emailed to say it was out for delivery but then it never came until the next day.Aside from that, very much recommend! Does exactly what people say it does and much cheaper than other alternative remedies!

Bath time
These are amazing, I used to use these years ago, and have started again recently, they are remarkable, give up shampoos, use a little mixed with a mild CFC and parabon free shampoo and some warm water and wash your hair with it followed by apple cider vinegar rinse. Brilliant. Fantastic in a bath too, cleans everything in a natural way. Magnesium, great for the body.

Received So quick , like 1 kilo packs easier to handle. Old fashioned remedy but soaking in bath with a cupful if Epsom salts is quite a tonic for aching joints

We use these salts mainly for soaking our feet after long days out walking in the warmer weather.Have used in the bath need a couple of cups per bath time.Would buy again as to purchase locally you can only get in small tubs
