The top and sides are one solid piece, unfortunately we would not know if this would fit your frame, it is made specifically for a particular model that uses a pipe in pocket rail system to attach to the frame . If your frame is 15 years old it would be a different style.

There's a tag in one of the corners on the cover. But don't expect it to help. I used it with Shelter Logic's search system and it found nothing that matched. Meanwhile, the number is in the description for this 10x20x8 replacement cover.
