I play a lot of pickleball and my left knee had been bothering me a lot due to arthritis in that knee. I had been taking an over the counter product for joint and arthritis relief but it just didn't seem to help. I discovered this product "Fleximize" and have been taking it now for several months. The pain in my knee has almost all disappeared since taking this product. Now when I play pickleball my knee feels fine and only occassionally I will have minimal pain in the knee after I've played pickleball for too long of a period of time. Before if I over played, I could barely stand up and walk afterwards. I don't have that anymore since taking Fleximize.

Not impressed, this is what the product looked like when recieved, completely off putting as I didnt take it for a while, but after finding the expiration date still good I gave it a shot. Never really noticed a difference.
