I like the size, color and design of this lamp. I bought two and one of the lamps that I purchased had a small manufacturing defect - a minor bend/crimp in the edge of the metal that is visible. I think the value for the price is great, just not a perfect product.

I chose the 14" model for a 10 x 10 room. My research indicated that 70 - 80 lumens per square foot is ideal for a well-lit room. And now I can see! My previous light fixture was stylish but far too inadequate. The design of this light also ensures no dark corners. I use this room as a home office so I'm not concerned about dimming the light right now, but it's an option for the future.

This light is extra bright and perfect for a closet or small room. Excellent value and looks great!

The media could not be loaded.  The installation was done by a licensed NJ electrician in my daughters' room approximately three months ago. For the past few weeks what you see above is what's been happening. I am going to reach out to Amazon for a replacement.

Ok so I install this ceiling light about a month ago and wanted to wait to write a review because you never know. So this light is great it gives a lot of light which is what I wanted in the kitchen. This was replacing the old three ring ceiling lights and those lights were bright in my kitchen so I was hesitant to change them even though they looked ugly. All I can say I'm not disappointed, it gives out the same or more luminance then my old three ring ceiling lights. Over all very happy with the product, the reason for the 4 star is because I need to see ho long will it last, and also once it goes I might need to buy another one is not just going to wal-mart and buying the ring.

I was considering lighting fixtures that are more decorative, but because I was worried they wouldn't give out enough light in our kitchen, I went with these lights instead. I ended up being pleased with how they look, and they emit plenty of light (installed 4 of them in our 10'x32'-ish kitchen)--in fact, it's too much light for usual daily use. I'm glad we installed a dimmer when we put in the lights--they are dimmed down quite a bit most of the time. The color is a little whiter than I'd prefer, but not terribly so. We didn't do the installation ourselves, so I don't know how easy they were to put in.

For the most part, it looks nice and it was easy to install. It’s super light so you don’t have to have the strength of Zeus to hang it up.However, it’s not as bright as. Had hoped. It’s about the same brightness as two 4’ fluorescent tubes. My old light fixture used four tubes so this seems a little dim. But I guess one can get used to it.I took a star off because the ring that holds up the cover is very thin. Less then 1mm in thickness. If you’re not careful, you can bend it and it will never get it flat again.Overall I'm satisfied with it.

Initially I wasn't too pleased with the appearance of the product - it look like it was cheaply built and kinda ugly. But once I got to installing it and actually saw the lighting it produced, i am well pleased. It looks aesthetically pleasing and what really matters to me, is the quality of the light. Also - this next comment might not apply to everyone, but when I installed it I someone short out he wiring from the ceiling with the back metal place of the light fixture. Bad on my part, blew out some fuses, but after replacing the fuses and properly installing the light, I was surprised to find the light fixture working like nothing happened.
