Black Pointed Chimney Bird Cage Guard Prevent Birds Pointed Fire Black Crows Cowl

Delivery was delayed due to Royal Mail, however the cowl finally arrived this morning. It is very robust and looks easy to fit. We’re sure it will deter the jackdaws who try (unsuccessfully) every year to build a nest on one of our chimneys. However we will miss all the twigs they supply (via the chimney) which contribute to a nice blaze! We’re very happy with this purchase.

Fitted a treat. Should keep the birds out

My son fitted it to his chimney and so prevented jackdaws nesting there. His neighbours were'nt so lucky.

It took us a few weeks to get someone to install this in the chimney and when they went to do it it snapped in half. I contacted customer and they said process a return. The return was not within the time so I was told there was nothing I can do. I am now left with a faulty item and no refund. I would not purchase from these sellers again.

I was a little sceptical because this pot cover appeared cheaper than others I'd seen. When it arrived, which was within a few days of ordering, it was actually quite robust and was simple to put into place. It doesn't look bad either. I would definitely recommend this item. 😀

This item is well made and built for the job. Very sturdy and we'll priced. Arrived earlier than expected.
