I really like this book because it gives an explanation of a variety of techniques. Is is very simple to follow and it is full of information. A must have if you are just starting on the cake decorating world. 😉

I am trying to learn as much as I can about cake decorating. This book has a lot of good instructions, and great pictures, which is a plus. I love pictures.

I bought this book to learn about everything you can put on a Cake. this book helped a lot I made my first cake that had fondant that was home made! it had recommendations from Gel food colouring vs the usual food colouring. I jumped into a project that was big by myself with two feet! I succeeded!

As a baker this is my bible. It’s such a nice book with beautiful pictures. It’s seperated into separate sections which is super helpful
