I wanted to start harness training early, and this was perfect for my little dude. He's grown out of it now, but it was secure and he was comfortable in it. I love the velcro + clip as a dual layer of security to keep kittens from giving you the slip! My little guy did great with this, and he got used to it very quickly.

I measured my animal and thought I had the right size because I really wanted to like the harness and when I saw the straps on it, I expected they were like the kind of straps. I always see with these buckles and that there’s some adjustment but there really isn’t much adjustment at all so unfortunatelyI guessed wrong with my cats size because I assume there was a little bit more leeway, one way or the other but not enough.☹️ I will buy another one and a larger size from the same company, but I wish they would also find a lower profile nylon buckle instead of the hardware being more clunky than it needs to be. I know it has to fit tug around the kitties, chest and behind their arms because they are unbelievable as far as escape artists, and I think they should’ve thought of putting some sort of additional strap further back behind kitties arms. It’s a good product, but it just isn’t top of the game to me but I’m still going to get the same thing larger. I think the price is excellent for what you get and it looks to be assembled in a sturdy fashion.

So far it seems to be working, we just took in a stray cat who keeps getting himself kidnapped and taken to the pound because he WILL NOT stay indoors so we’re trying to leash train him. At first he got out of it but I made it a big more snug by pulling it tighter, you can tell it’s not really supposed to go that way but it works and he can’t get out of it now. I got the medium one for what I consider an average sized cat but it’s a bit baggy. It would seem these run a tad big. I think he’ll grow into it though, he’s already an adult aged cat, but he’s already gained obvious weight since we took him in so it should be ok.

Have purchased the XXS, XS, and most recently the S as our kitten has grown. They’ve all been great! We put this on our cat for traveling. It seems very secure on our cat and he has. It managed to escape once. It seems comfortable on him, he can move around easily while wearing it. It’s also very easy to get on him and we really like the locking feature on the clasp so we know it won’t come off of him.

Easy to slip out of if you're kitten gets scared. But it is comfortable and easy to put on/take off

I am really impressed by the fit and finish of this harness. Be sure to accurately measure your pet because these harnessed are very snug to prevent escape. I'll buy again as kitty grows. A great value!

Disappointed this vest did not fit my cat. I need a smaller size. Very durable. I'm sure the vest will eventually fit when Charlie gets bigger.

Our girls were 10 weeks old when we got the harnesses on a Friday, they just fit and the girls tried like crazy to get them off for a few minutes but couldn’t escape them and didn’t get caught in any way. We put them on for about an hour or two every day and by Wednesday we used the leashes for their vet visit which worked great. Leashes were good length that they could walk without getting far.They were 3 & 3.2 lbs at that visit. They should fit for a little while and we’ll upgrade sizes when we need to with the same ones. Highly recommend.
