New 10" Woofer Speaker Steel Mesh 2 Piece Woofer Grill M10

It did not work well with my sub. I had to make a 3/8" spacer to go between the sub and the grille to make sure the sub's surround didn't knock the grille off the grille holder for music with low bass. But during loud bass songs, it knocked it off every time. So if you have a grille with an xmax of anything over 2-3 mm, I would recommend something other than this style. I liked the design and the fine mesh for protection but in the end, it didn't work for me.

With slight modifications,this speaker grill amply protects the speaker, hence only a 4-star rating, otherwise I'd have given it 5. The eight screw holes were drilled about 3/16ths to 1/4 too far in, so the grill mounting ring didn't fit out of the box. But, after I widened the holes, the grill works fine now---just expect the slight inconvenience when you receive it. Anyone handy with tools will find it quite simple to correct the problem.

Flimsy and awful!

This two piece speaker grill is a good product for cramped spaces but be advised,It is still on my shelf because it is for one speaker only and not two! So order one for each speaker that requires a cover.I would use this product again.

It works, but it slips over the mounting ring and it popped off once. Haven't had any problems with it since and I like the fact that the mesh is closely tied to protect my speaker.

I have a sub woofer with a 8" down facing speaker that is used in live performance from electronic keyboards and Roland V accordion. Normally a sub doesn't need protection in a home environment but since mine is transported around I thought it needed something. This worked perfectly for my needs. I bought a 10" rather than the 8" speaker size size ro make sure it covered the speaker (surface mounted) and left room for its excursion range. This one has a ring that I screwed to the wood cabinet. The grill itself slips over that ring. Seems to be a good product that works for me.Bob

I buried my subwoofer in the wall for my home entertainment system and used this as the cover. Very, Very durable material and took about 3 minutes to install. Because it's low to the ground, it's been hit more than several times and there's no denting or signs of wear and it looks awesome.

Strong, Stiff screen, Durable metal, Clean look. Worked out perfect. Exactly what i was looking for. I would recommend this product.
