Ready Nutrition Plant Based Protein Cookie- Vegan and Gluten Free (10 x 3.53oz Cookies)

My kids love these cookies. We use them for a replacement for other sweets not a meal. One cookie (about the size of adult hand) is 2 servings. These cookies are gluten free so I personally had to get use to the oat-flour taste; that didn’t seem to be an issue for my kids. These cookies also crumble easily so when packing for a hike or skiing, we place them (unwrapped) inside a reusable sealing container.

My wife cannot eat gluten, so it's hard to find a good tasting cookie that she can eat. These cookies fit the bill, she is addicted to them! The one downside is that they're very pricey. We used to be able to find them in Costco for a better price, but not anymore. If you're looking for a good tasting, relatively healthy and gluten free cookie, this one is great.

This protein cookie is very satisfying. ....especially with a cup of coffee (or tea). I will admit it is a bit on the dry side but really tasty and satisfying. The high protein keeps you satisfied for hours and I feel like I'm cheating with such a huge cookie but with a healthier result. Sometimes it's my breakfast and sometimes I'll eat half for an afternoon snack that keeps me going through the remainder of my work day.

Love these cookies. They taste great and are fairly low sugar as well as Gluten-free. I had been buying them from Costco for about $10/box so it's not likely I would want to buy them for the high price here on Amazon

As you would guess, by everything that is not in these, they taste awful. Absolutely suck all the moisture right out of your mouth making them impossible to swallow without massive amounts of fluids.

Don't get me wrong, this product is as advertised. It needs to come with a warning however. I purchased these with trepidation as I was not sure about the protein and it's ability to give me the fiber I needed added to my diet. Here is the reason for the warning. These cookies are delicious. I ate a quite a few before I realized I had pounded 3/4 of the box down my gullet. Dear God, I paid dearly for this. The side effects are something from hell. I spent an entire day running to the bathroom. My boss sent me home due to the odor I was producing because I was not able to clench and contain the gases being produced by these cookies. I was considered a health risk to the office. I spent the next 24 hours constantly running to my bathroom. My water bill had to have gone up considerably this month thanks to the constant flushing. I was kneeling in prayer for this living hell to end. Sleep was a stranger that night. Finally my curse ended and I was able to return to a normal life. So the lesson here is eat these carefully and with moderation.

I did not buy these from amazon, but they are very good and good for your health because they are gluten free. very tasty. all good ingredients, no artificial sweeteners. it is hard to find products that are good for your health that do not have all of those artificial sweeteners like Splenda, aspartame, alcohol sugars, etc.

I would give them 5 stars if they had fewer calories, but they taste really good.
