It is very easy to read, if you can figure out what you're reading. There are 3-4 options for which way the display is oriented. You make the selection by pressing the power button multiple times to rotate the digital display. Unfortunately the 1st display each time it's turned on is 180° from the perminately printed display text. When I turn it on I orient the display with the printed text. Once the digital display shows up my SpO2 = something like L6 & my PR BPM is something like E8. (?!?) Once I move my finger so the readout is right side up it reads in the ballpark. One more press of the power button orients the readout correctly with the printed text.I am curious about the designer that thought it was a great idea to place the PR, (Pluse Rate) indicator next to the SpO2 readout instead of next to the BPM, (Beats Per Minute) readout... SMHThis is my 3rd pulse ox meter. It's also the only one that hasn't compared within 2% for the SpO2 and 2-3 BPM with the equipment at the doctors office.The only other notable thing is how long it can take to show the display when it hasn't been used for a couple of weeks. Today is the 1st time I've used it in 3-4 weeks. It took almost 10 minutes for the display to change from dashed lines to a numerical value.My opinion, For the money, it's in the ballpark, it's easy to use and see and I got used to a wife, eventually I'll get used to this. 😁

The device is accurate. The numbers are a bit large. I thought the red color of the display would be beneficial for this replacement pulse oximeter. I believe white lettering would actually read better against the black background. It is handy to carry in its pouch or to wear with the neck lanyard.

It is a reliable tool to check oxygen levels quickly and easily.

I have been using ChoiceMed oximeters for 12 years due to medical issues. and would have no other brand. They always match my MDs reading. Only one has stopped working and needed to be replaced, other replacements due to losing them.

I was diagnosed with COPD last year and have some autonomic system issues. This is super easy to use, love that it comes with batteries and a sturdy carrying case. And the power turns off pretty quickly on its own when you are done using. I’ve been able to compare my heart rate with both my Apple Watch and blood pressure cuff and it is always exactly the same. And I assume the SpO2 is accurate as well as it dips at times it is harder to breath. Great price and includes everything you need! Definitely recommend!

Good size, accurate and comfortable enough - not much different from the many other similar devices. I like that the numbers rotate to the perspective of the person reading the values and also it's prompt results. About the same price as comparable devices. It's become a part of our home care health kit. Unfortunately COVID really has changed the way we live.

In the time of Covid-19 this is a nice product that allows me to keep track of my blood oxygen levels and pulse. I have an acquaintance who had a very bad case of Covid-19 and she assembled a list of products that made a big difference in her being able to survive the disease. This device allowed her to track her blood oxygen level and was important to her being able to take action to survive the disease.

I decided to purchase this because of the pandemic but it is an excellent way of checking you heart rate as well as your oxygen levels and a better bargain than the $60 the local chemist wanted to charge me for a similar product. A timely delivery. Thank you
