Nice
So far, so good!I bought this for a recently purchased writing desk (which is a 3/4 inch piece of wood with legs) as I didn’t realize beforehand how important a keyboard tray is to comfort when typing. It was easy to install, and the clamps fit my desk with room to spare. (For reference, my desk is 40in (L) x 20in (W) with thin iron legs). It’s not the sturdiest thing in the world, and I wouldn’t recommend it for younger kids, just because they tend to hang on things and they might get hurt if it suddenly gives. You also have to pull the tray out from both sides or from the center so that it pulls out evenly. (I mention this because I can pull out the keyboard tray of my work desk from any angle with no issue.)The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think it’s a little pricey. The clamps seem to be made of metal, but one of the silver rings holding the bottom part of the inner clamp broke when I twisted it out by accident (it still works, so we’re good) and the tray is just plastic.Overall, I think it’s a good product, I just wish it were cheaper haha.

Great drill-free solution for cramped desks
I initially bought this for my office desk, which is smallish and not so great ergonomically speaking. The primary appeal was that I would not have to drill holes into a desk I did not own. It didn't work out for me there, but is GREAT for my home desk, which is even smaller and in a tight space. I wish I had it when I owned my previous desk from the Swedish particleboard store, as those can't be drilled either. It's sturdier than I thought it would be. The only downside, which is true for any off-the-shelf solution, is that it's barely wide enough for a standard keyboard and small mouse pad. If you have an ergonomic or natural keyboard, or if you are a designer or gamer who needs a bigger mouse surface, you will want to get a second, smaller mouse drawer or build something yourself. (Some drawers do have a pivoting mouse surface, but it's always on the right, and I mouse lefty.)

Decent alternative to permanent tray, but you may not be able to remove it.
Seems to be ok. I know I have a tendency for leaning forward with my chin propped on my hand and my elbow on the keyboard tray when I'm thinking. Nonetheless, I bought what I knew was a plastic tray. It's held up ok but I have noticed the tray might be starting to warp after about 2 months. I also need to move it slightly to the left but now I can't because one of the knobs is to tight. Nothing I've tried is working to loosen it. Basically,a cheaper solution than an installed tray. I'll probably have to break down and be willing to screw something into my desk at some point.

I love this!
I have 2 cats who must lie on my desk (I work from home) instead of anywhere in the other 1996 square feet of our house. This worked okay until I got a bigger monitor. I bought this item so I could relocate the keyboard and mouse and keep the cats happy. It's perfect. It went from being in the box to being installed on my desk in under 5 minutes. All you need is a screwdriver--couldn't be easier. My desk is white, and the tray is black. I almost didn't buy it, but I'm glad I did. With the other black peripherals (monitor, printer, docking station) it just blends in. I'm very happy with it and highly recommend if you need more space on your desk.

Sits too low; no height adjustment; screws too short
Very sturdy. But I am only 5'1" and my chair height is set perfectly for by back. And this keyboard squeezes the tops of my legs. I think it would work perfectly with a stand up desk, but for a sit down desk it needs to have height adjustments. Unfortunately I had to send it back as it was very well made and I was quite disappointed. It came with its own tiny screwdriver and was super easy to install in 5 minutes. I thought about adding a 2" spacer and longer screws, but .... it was easier just to return it.

doesnt slide very well, and a bit too pricey for what it actually is
So it works, exactly like it says it does, easy setup in minutes, clamps onto desk, and it slides. The sliding doesnt work very well, it often times slides one direction at a time, rather than a fluid movement i would expect from a drawer. But it works, its okay, it works, but i feel its very overpriced for what youre actually getting

Perfect sliding under-desk keyboard tray
I love everything about this product. Easy to assemble...easy to attach to my desk...I work in a small office with limited space between desks , so the ability for the tray to slide in and out works perfectly for this type of space. The tray itself is very roomy, my keyboard and mouse fit great with space left over. Very happy with this product. Would recommend this product!

Broke within months of moderate use
This was very easy to install and I was hopeful for it, but ultimately, it is not able to bear the weight of a person resting their wrists on it while typing. I used a wrist pad and a conventional keyboard (also, mouse pad and mouse), and used the drawer at various distances of extension, trying to avoid full extension in order to give it a bit more strength. Ultimately, it got wobbly within a few weeks, and the special screws used to attach the drawer to the rails are not ones you can easily replace from the hardware store. I have been limping along with this drawer for months and have tried a few fixes, including similar screws, but it is ultimately broken. The plastic tray also began developing a stress fracture at the two-month mark, and ultimately broke, tilting the keyboard forward. I do not recommend this item.
