Good Looking
I like these pots. I am having a hard time finding large planters that don’t cost a fortune. Thought I would give these a try. They really are pretty and have that rustic look. The only downside for me is they sent two different color planters. If you only need one or are ok with matching planters that don’t really match, these are great. I like them enough that I will order a third in hopes that it will match one of my two.

Good size, light but sturdy
I have 4 of these planters. I used them for veggies, 2 bellpeppers in each of them. I planted 1 zucchini in one, and 1 tomato in the other. Bellpeppers did great, single tomato fine, the zucchini over whelmed it (LOL) Next year A different plan for zucchini. This planter is a good size at its top narrowing to a reasonable size at bottom, meaning water flows or stays very well. Larger holes will be needed to be drilled in bottom for best results.

Large size & double walls for insulation
The size and shape is what I wanted. I'm hopeful that filling the double wall with sand will help to insulate the perennial shrubs in the pots over the winter. One major problem is how to fill the walls. The openings are small (about 1/2 an inch). I've put about 2.5 lbs. of sand in the cavity but that's only filled about 1/3 of the pot. It took me an hour to put the sand into the pot. I've purchased 3 pots!

Great, Durable, and Freeze proof
The media could not be loaded. Have had one of these using as a hole in paveway cover for a couple of years. It looks just as good now as ever (charcoal color). Decided to use it now, and flipped it over. Had filled inner lining with water. After the water drained out, smacked the lining and it popped back into shape!Planted a teddybear magnolia in it. Ordered 2 more in the rust color. One of those is in the video with a Red Dragon Japanese maple in it. Putting more brightly colored ceramic pots around them aa a grouping, but these pots can stay out year round! The Japanese maples love them.

My only regret is that I didn’t buy more when I had the chance.
This year I got into planting patio trees in pots for my deck. These pots are sturdy enough and heavy enough to combat the strong winds yet light enough to easily handle. I put the pots on plant trolleys so that I can still move them around if I have to. Without the plant trolleys I wouldn’t be able to move the trees at all.A comparable size glazed clay pot would cost starting at $100. It would be heavy even before planting and could possibly break if not handled gently. The Sunnydaze pots are rather neutral and match everything. They are not smooth and bright orange like terra cotta. Instead they have a rough finish and are more rust colored with a black vintage finish. They also have a black vinyl (?) coating on the inside. The pots are double walled to keep the roots cool. This is really a quality pot especially at this price. It is much better than the extra large plastic pots found at your local home and garden center and larger too. You won’t be disappointed. The pots do not come with holes. Instead they come with indentations where you can drill your own holes (no big deal). Since the pots are double walled they come with a hole and plug to an inner chamber where you can add sand, gravel, or water for extra weight.

Light weight for their size. Well made.
I bought two of these 24” pots for two standard sized rose bushes. The bushes are very young right now, but these pots are plenty large enough to contain them when they’re grown. I love the dark rusty brown color which will enhance any color of roses. All I had to do to prepare the pots was to drill drainage holes in each one. Easy! I like the double walled construction. The pots are nicely made, good quality. I will buy more when I get more roses.

Very Pleased!
We purchased two 24" "slate" planters for either side of our garage door. The planters have a nice presence in a large space, but also have a simple, elegant style that is both classic and graceful. The planters have a beautiful silhouette against our light gray house, while picking up the very similar blue gray shades of the slate roof, walkways and French blue shutters. They have a stone look. We planted them with a dark blue-green holly with white berries (ilex aquipernxi "Dragon Lady"). Very striking! Beautiful quality planters, double walled. Heavy once planted, but can be moved if necessary. Delighted!
