I bought this matt to protect my wood floors. It comes tightly rolled up in a box, which meant that the silicone actually didn’t unroll very well and curled up at each side for several weeks. Also, because of the tension in the box, I noticed that there was some cracking in the silicone which means water can leak through to the floor—which basically defeats the purpose of me using it in the first place. I couldn’t be bothered to send it back and it mostly does it’s job, but I was a little disappointed that it came cracked and that the curling took so long to go away.

I bought one of the oversized mousepad type pet mats that perfectly matched the decor of in the room where my cat eats, when we're not home. We need to put her in the bedroom, while we're gone, because I am disabled and it takes awhile to get me through an open exterior door. She's a flight risk and we can't go after her if she gets outside.I bought this to go underneath the other one, for its waterproof feature. It's precisely the right size and the raised edge will help contain any spills and protect my new floor. Just the right color, too! Wasn't easy to find one that matched the cloth one. I looked a long time to find this one. It will definitely do the trick! Matches Perfectly!Smelled bad at first, but the rubber odor went away in a few hours, so, don't freak out about it! It's no big deal! The one I put on top of it, probably still has more odor than this one retained. So, don't get your undies in a knot over it. It dissipates fast!

The color is good and it doesn't slip around, but the raised paw print pattern on it makes it hard to clean. I've been turning it over to use the back side but the edges won't let it lay flat that way. Why can't they just make a plain and simple mat with no designs on it?

I have tried to use this product for over a month now, and they still wont lay flat! No matter what I tried, the sides still roll, unless I place the water bowl on that side, and the other side still roles up! But they spill the water all over if I put it to the one side. The waterproof part is great, and it is easy to clean, but I have decided to finally give up and went back to the old mats, as I am tired of cleaning up the mess they make with these.... Good product if they shipped and stored them flat, but I think they are rolled-up just to long to ever unroll.

Purchased to place under two raised dog bowls for my Labs to catch the drool and dribbles from their meals. I purchased the red ones and they are beautiful, well made and I love the paw print design. But mostly they do their job and are easy to clean. Oh and the feeding unit does not move despite the excitement generated for their next meal. I highly recommend them. Also non-slip.

I have owned this mat now for several weeks. Fair. It arrived rolled with a rubber band. One side will not lay flat. I rolled in opposite direction and left it attempting to fix. I have placed my German Shepherd’s heaviest water bowl on it to try to flatten it. Still doesn’t. I contacted the seller and the response was that I should contact Amazon. So just recognize that may be your experience. It will not lie flat.

The mat is as expected, mostly. It doesn’t lay flat, because, in order to ship, it was rolled up. The end is curled and keeps coming up at the edge from being rolled up like a taquito. I have a small dog with a lightweight dish and am unable to use the mat as anticipated, as of yet. We have it pinned down with a heavy object waiting for it to lay flat so it can be of use. If it wasn’t for this minor detail, the purchase would be great and the purpose of the mat, uninhibited.

I was using a vinyl table placemat under the cat dishes, but the plates would slide when the cats would eat. I bought this hoping to solve that problem and it did. There is a little edge around the outside of the mat, and the pattern on the mat keeps the plates from moving around. Easy to wipe clean. Good purchase.
