Orivet Smart Dog Tag and Cat Tag | Pet Identification GPS Location Tag

This item is great for anyone needing to keep records together for your pet. It keeps track of medical information and visits.

This is advertised as a "GPS and Smartphone Compatible Pet Locator." By this I assumed this it would allow me, with a smartphone, to track my pets location by GPS. All this is is a metal name tag with a QR scan code printed in it. If the pet is lost, then someone ELSE with a smart phone can scan the QR code and that links it back to the registered owner and provides contact information. It is not a GPS pet locator like the other products out there. Plus, the site then tried to link me up with all sorts of expensive vet care services that tried to sell me products to determine my pets genetic health. To advertise this is a GPS pet locator is quite misleading, when there are many other REAL pet tracking devices out there. I am returning this product.

I was unable to activate this product and therefore can’t use it. I wrote to the company in Australia and no one responded.

I like the idea but I'm having trouble scanning the barcode it's coming up with an error on the internet page ??

Love the idea of it but have spent 2 hrs trying to activate and l can’t even send a message as it comes up pleased fill on all field’s which l had l use scanner but error no homepage lm very frustrated
