My 5 year old granddaughter wears this all the time. She is a very good swimmer and uses it with her noodles and snorkels with the adults with no problem.

I purchased this Knit Bonbons snorkel mask because I went on a trip to the beach and wanted to get pictures underwater with my GoPro camera (also purchased here on Amazon). So the main requirements were that it fit my and my wife's faces and mounted the camera. I tried the snorkel first and found it to be painful to wear because of a large hinge at the top of the mask that connects the air tube digging into my forehead. I gave it to my wife to try, and she didn't have any problems with it. The hinge wasn't anywhere near her forehead. I tried it again, and the second time I was able to adjust it so that it didn't interfere with my skin. So you may have to put it on a couple of times to learn where and how it needs to sit properly on your head.It comes with a screw for attaching a GoPro camera at the front above the mask. I was able to adjust it the way I needed to. The camera mount is also removable if you don't need it.The mask is a little claustrophobic at first, but after a couple minutes of steady breathing and showing your body and brain that it is safe to breathe normally underwater, it turns out to be a lot of fun. We didn't encounter any problems with the mask fogging up or water getting in the mask through the face or the air tube. We were able to see the dolphins and fish and crabs clearly underwater, and we recorded our encounters on our camera. When we were done, we were able to fold the air tube down and store the shortened snorkel and attached camera in the provided mesh bag to dry out.Overall, we were very happy with our purchase and would purchase again. 5/5 stars.If you found this review helpful, please show some love by clicking the "Yes" button below. We purchased this product after long researching the practical safe use & effectiveness over many brands. It was an initial concern about asphyxiation with children. This one it turns out is nearly identical to most on the market I've seen - China made - almost identical, right down to the same spelling/Grammer mistakes in the instructions.My 9yr old daughter was beyond ecstatic and elated with the use of this mask after a test run in the pool before our vacation. After adjusting for proper fit it had very few/no leaks and DID NOT FOG! She did get winded after a few minutes using and would pull the mask up on her head to take 5 or 10 breaths without. I believe this would the case even with a traditional mask and snorkel, you just (as the parent/guardian) need to be aware that because this is strapped to your child's head, they may not think about their difficulty in catching a full breath 5 minutes into wearing. Using this product with younger kids I feel MUST be a full time task to monitored safely.- CONCLUSION -As long as you supervise your child and are close enough to observe if they are needing a break, this mask (when properly fitting) is an excellent option, especially for grade school children (5-10) who often have issues finding masks that keep water out. Very simple and effective solution!

I ordered 2 if these (peach and turquoise, and a lime and navy) for my 2 children 7, and 8. We used this type of snorkel/goggle mask at a friend's birthday pool party recently, and my son really enjoyed! We just assembled our first POOL, only 14' diameter, 3.5' high...and its been a learning curve (we've had blow up pool/slide in the past, and somewhat limited experience with pools otherwise with our children...yes, we even had a pool in our kitchen when they were very little, just for the experience, LOL)...these are very cool snorkels. Not that we need the go-pro attachment (which they all seem to come with) , but i had hard time deciding which to get, there are so many choices. I guess i opted for these because price was decent, seemed like it would fit kids as well as us (parents), they had fun colors, travel bags, come with ear plugs, etc...and again, they were a decent price. So far...VERY HAPPY!!! If issues, i will write again...but, weve only had for a few days; for kids who've never had their own pool, they've used non-stop ALL DAY long (all we can hope for👍) every day but our rainy day today.

The media could not be loaded.  I was tired of purchasing 2 & 3 $10 masks a year. I had no idea the superior quality I was getting for just $17? We have never been snorkeling, but with this gear, we will be having our first adventure. I need to find a YouTube tutorial on how to use the mask properly, but just being in the pool, Zoya was over the moon with her Spring Break Surprise!

I love this mask! Actually, I bought this for my vacation with my friends. In fact, it was also my second time snorkeling. Many years ago, I played with a snorkeling set but I did not like traditional snorkel mask when I got water in the tube too many times. I really don’t like this kind of mask, and that why I purchased current full face mask. After that, I fall in love with it! When I wore this mask, it fit me snugly. So comfy! This mask didn’t disappoint me. If I stay under the water for a while, there is still no any salt water comes in. I never worry about being choked again. More importantly, I discovered the beauty of the ocean easily, you could see the marine life so clear, e.g. fishes, corals and sea turtles, and I realize that it was extremely wonderful. Thanks to this snorkel mask, this is one of my best moments in my life. I would go another snorkeling trip soon. I will also recommend this product to my family, they must like it! Love it! HAHA!!

I bought it for my 5 years old son for snorkeling and he loved it. I’m not snorkeling person because I have breathing issues under water with snorkeling masks. But not with this one. It is so easy to use and it took my breathing into completely different level. Recommend
