Works perfectly!
I replaced both heat pump units in my coach and upgraded the control unit. Mine did not require the extra module that some reference as necessary. Easy plug and play and works exactly as it's supposed to.

Direct replacement for my old unit.
My old unit LCD panel was not working correctly (would not turn the AC on) and the display was flaky. I was hoping a direct replacement would do the trick. It did. AC back in action. Easy to install. Just a couple of screws and a telephone style connection. Works great! A little pricey, but did the trick.

This was an exact fit in my Cedar Creek 5th wheel camper.

Fixed the problem while camping in 90+ degrees
Worked to fix known problem in our FUZION 369. Apparently moisture builds up on back side of thermostat in wall due to temp differences. Only one of our three units would operate, but all came on when I installed new unit. Super easy one low voltage plug. Not sure if manufacturer of unit could fix future models or if Keystone needs to make better install. I think we could add foam inside wall to mitigate future moisture buildup.

READ before you buy!!!
First off Dometic's customer service is AWFUL!!!! And they do not understand their products at all either. Traded calls with a support rep for days trying to trouble shoot why this thermostat wouldn't connect to my Penguin 2 system and the person was clueless. I'll make this SUPER easy for you. The product comes with NO CABLE TO CONNECT! NONE! Totally dumb, makes zero sense from Dometic. But par for the course as you need to buy every single damn component for your AC system separate. Dumb approach by them, and is a TERRIBLE way of doing business. When you buy an AC unit it should come with everything you need. BUT, if you are looking to install this thermostat customer service will say you need an RJ11 cable. FALSE! It doesn't work at all. Again, they are clueless on their products. You MUST buy their proprietary "communication" cable for $30. Hopefully this will save you days and days and days of confusion and pain! It's so crazy they don't include this cable with the purchase of the product! GET A CLUE DOMETIC!!! Even crazier their own company's tech's don't even know this.
