Easy to use
I use this for my back and got two of them! So I can cycle between hot and cold in one go. They are super easy to pop in the microwave or to fold up and place in the freezer without taking up too much room at all. Great product

It's excellent to cool you down
I thought it would be bigger (didn't look at measurements) but it's very versatile- brought it for my husband, as after a heart operation he's legs are very swollen it helps take swelling down. I'm suffering with hot sweats and as soon as I lay this on my back my sweats are under control. You can lay across your legs, sit on it lay on it and even put it under your feet whilst sitting. I find this cooling pad has had an impact on our lives. Not had it heated yet but would assume you would get same relief.

I’m very pleased with this purchase. I’ve tried it from the fridge and the freezer and both have their uses. I simply wrapped a little towel around it and applied to inflamed area……. Phew… immediate relief

Ideal para lo que me hacía falta que era para tratar la zona de una operación y que era amplia. Sólo he probado el modo frío y perfecto. Se adapta muy bien a distintas partes del cuerpo y es muy grande, para una zona afectada muy amplia. Vale tranquilamente para poner calor en la espalda. Muy satisfecha con la adquisición.

Gel packs are made of non-toxic gel filled in a leak-proof, flexible plastic.
Directions
HOT APPLICATION
(1) Hot Water Method: boil water in pot, remove from heat and immerse gel pack for approx 8-10 min; remove, wipe it off, check temperature & use.
(2) Microwave Method: flatten gel pack, heat at full power for 30 seconds, knead and check temperature & if more heat is needed, heat more for 10 seconds at a time. If gel pack is frozen, we recommend to bring it to room temperature first.
COLD APPLICATION
Freeze the gel pack for at least 2 hours or store in the fridge.
Safety Warning
- NEVER apply gel pack directly on skin after being heated or frozen, as excessive heat or cold can lead to burns. Always insert into the wrap's pocket or use a thin sock for protection
- LIMIT hot/cold application to 15-20 min at a time as recommended by doctors & professionals. Overusing doesn't help you heal faster and may damage skin tissue

I am still suffering from rotator cuff injury in the shoulder. I freeze the pack, wrap a tea towel round it and slap it on. The gel softens after 15 minutes so the pack can be moulded easier to the contour of the body area. The pack is so large that turning and rotating it will maintain the cold temperature."}}]}]}
