Beautiful and necessary addition
When I picked up my 2020 Model 3 Performance the delivery center mentioned that one of the first things that I should do is get a console wrap. The reason is that the piano finish gets easily scratched but before that happens it will be festooned with ugly fingerprints. And yes, after a week it looked disgusting.I was concerned that a console wrap would look like a plastic wrap and look cheap. I can tell you that this product looks like it is a factory carbon fiber panel. It has depth and texture and looks like it was simply a factory option. I absolutely love it, and it really enhances the car's interior much more than the factory finish. The product was relatively easy to put on. You just have to take your time and line it up, go slowly, and be patient. Once you line up the edges properly - which is the most challenging part - it goes quickly. The wrap covers all visible parts of the console, from front to rear, and even the edges so when you open up a compartment you still see carbon fiber on the exposed edges - so it gives the illusion that the entire thing is made from carbon fiber. It also comes with a few extra pieces just in case you mess it up.I did mess up the forward compartment and contacted Ken who sent over a replacement part for $5. This is absolutely a 5-star product that will only add to the value of your Tesla investment. When people get into my car I get "wow - I like the carbon fiber" which tells me that I got my money's worth.

Good stuff
I spent about 1 hour on installing this. The seller's video is informative. As the seller said in the video, the material is "forgiving". It looked mess in the beginning, you just need to use your two fingers keeps swiping back and forth to smooth the "wrinkles". You do need to lift it up occasionally to get rid of some tough ones.I found out that when cutting off excessive material off the edge, I used the plastic "knife" to press around to shape it into grooves, then apply the metal "knife" to cut it off.I did many times wiping and pressing with fingers over the matersials for extra 20 mins. I saw people complaining in similar products that the film would bubble up after certain time and/or under strong sun light. Hope this extra pressing would help lasting longer. The cons: the cut of the materials is not that precise. There are several edges not perfect, but I give it an OK since they are not that apperent.Wishes: The material is matte, good looking but I hope to have one as reflective as the original material (shining!).It is a product I recommend.

Great look on Tesla 3
I am the type of owner who wants to keep their car looking like new as long as possible when I first get my car. And as pretty as that shiny piano surface is on the console, it is definitely a dust attractor. After reading on the Tesla forum about the console wrap, I decided to get this carbon fiber texture. Boy! It instantly gave a huge boost to the looks!Definitely follow the direction and watch the video. It will help guide you on how to work with the different pieces. The cup holder piece is the hardest one, which is why the package comes with two of them, so that you have a back up in case the first one did not work out. Once you can get through that, the rest is easy. I went the opposite and did the easiest one first so that I get a feel for the material and how to work at it. And despite that, I still messed up on the cupholder piece. But good thing they gave me a back up! It took me about 2 hours but the end result is so worth it. Have patience working through it and you will love the looks of it.

Install a little tricky but results are great!
I have never applied vinyl wrap before and it took about 1.5 hours to install this. After watching his install video, I took my sweet time to install and the results turned out great! However, I did mess up a little while trimming around one of the cup holders (see the pics) but it isn't really noticeable unless you look closely. Good news is that Kenriko provides two wraps for the cup holder area so if it really bugs me, I can pull this one off and re-wrap using the second provided wrap. The reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because the install was a little tricky due to needing to trim around the cup holders. I also had to trim along the edges of the top most piece (the one that covers the cell phones). For those of you on the fence, just find a good 2 hour block when you're not rushed and take your time. It really is true what he says in the install video about the wrap being *very* forgiving. If you mess up or have air bubbles, just gently pull back up and re-smooth.

Looks great, watch the installation video, and go for it!
I have only had the Model 3 for less than 1 week and the regular shiny surface was already starting to get scratches and really smudged. After watching the 45 minute installation video on YouTube, I thought it was going to be a very difficult process, especially since I am the least handy male in the world and I hate doing this kind of stuff normally. I was dreading actually installing it myself. However, I just went for it and I was able to complete the install in 25 minutes, and I didn't even have to use the razor to trim anything. It fit perfectly on all sides, and I just tucked the edges around the corners, and it looks great. I have shown family and friends the before and after pictures, and they all say it looks great. I followed the installation advice to start with the cupholders, then move to the middle section and the finally the top phone compartment. That strategy worked nicely. The carbon fiber version I had likely was easier to handle than the one in the video due to more texture. No bubbles remained after everything was smoothed out. Very happy so far!
