This is a very simple easy to follow guide for new small business owners. I am starting from scratch and this book made me feel motivated and empowered knowing that I now have the knowledge to set up my business correctly so that I don’t have issues at tax time.

This is a very compact book but crams a lot of excellent info into it! I'm just considering starting a small business on Etsy so the discussions of state and Federal tax issues (and Federal Schedule C tax form) were very, very helpful in knowing what needs to be done and how to go about it. I recommend this book for beginners like me!
