Birds of Michigan Audio CDs: Compatible with Birds of Michigan Field Guide CD-ROM – Audiobook, August 3, 2004

I only really needed one track off this (to playback as part of a research project), but plan to use the rest to help me learn more bird songs and calls, as well. Really pleased with the quality of the recordings, and the fact that there are multiple examples for each bird species, demonstrating different song/call types.

Well done and informative. Sometimes I like to refer to it and just listen to the bird calls without the spoken information.

Under priced. The packaging alone is beautiful and the content is superb. I bought two. It has really helped me identify some of our feathered friends. A must for Michigan Birders!

This is the best and most informative book and CD I have ever seen. I am so pleased with this purchase. Stan does an absolutely wonderful job and his voice is clear and slow enough that you can take in all the information. I love this book and CD and would recommend it to anyone who is a bird watcher--new or old...

I gave the cd's to my son-in-law along with the companion book for his birthday. He loves both.

Wow, very nice, I love finding the different birds I see, then listening to thier calls and chirps. Very easy to use. I purchased one for my sister also.

I found this set to be very helpful and the book was simple to use. I camp a lot and am forever trying to identify birds.....I'm not that great at it but this set has been a terrific asset. I especially like the fact that it IS just Michigan birds, not the whole of North America.

I was expecting to just hear bird songs with the name of the bird given before the song. The CDs TALK, a narrative, over the songs. I'm not pleased. Maybe I misread the description in their listing.
