I bought this 7-inch wireless CarPlay display for my old, non-technical car, and it's been a game changer! Installation was super easy; I literally just plugged it into the cigarette lighter and the mount. I didn't have to modify anything on the dashboard.The best thing is that it connects to my iPhone immediately via CarPlay without any cables, and the same with Android Auto (I tested it on my wife's phone). Everything works smoothly, the screen is touch-sensitive and responsive. Audio can be streamed via Bluetooth or AUX, and the quality is quite good.It comes with a built-in backup camera, which also looks great on the screen, which surprised me because I wasn't expecting such high quality for this price. Plus, the GPS navigation from my phone is displayed in real time and without delay.Ideal if you want to upgrade your car without spending a fortune. Picked up this screen thing for my old car cause it does not have any of the new stuff like CarPlay or Bluetooth. I was not about to buy a whole new stereo or anything like that. This looked easy and not super expensive so I gave it a try. Screen is actually pretty decent, pretty clear, and big enough to see stuff without squinting like an old man.Hooked it up with my phone and boom, I got CarPlay now. Kinda wild. I can use maps, music, and even talk to people without touching my phone. Bluetooth works alright, sometimes takes a sec to connect though. The mirror link is cool but kinda glitchy once in a while, so I dont really use that much.Installing it was not too bad. Just plug it in and slap it on the dash. Backup cam was a little tricky to set up, had to run the wire through the back of the car which was annoying. Also, the screen kinda wobbles if you hit a pothole or something, so maybe throw a little extra sticky stuff on there.Overall, it does what I needed it to do. My car feels way less ancient now. Not perfect but good enough for someone who just wants music and maps without blowing cash on a whole new system. Just dont expect it to turn your ride into a Tesla or anything.

I am really impressed with this wireless CarPlay screen. Setup was super easy and took just a few minutes to get everything up and running. The screen is clear and responsive, and connecting to Apple CarPlay and was quick and seamless. The backup camera is a nice bonus, and the Bluetooth and GPS work great. It feels like a big upgrade without having to replace the whole stereo. Definitely worth it if you want modern features in an older car. I installed on my 2003 Jeep TJ.

I work for the state of Ohio and drive a couple hundred miles or more most every day. My state truck has no bells or whistles and using your phone while driving in Ohio is illegal and a pretty costly offence. I bought this hoping that it would at least let me use my GPS and voice text features conveniently. Turns out all the features work perfectly. The sound quality is great linked to the trucks FM radio. Whether streaming music or hands free talking on the phone it provides clear sound and everyone tells me I sound good when talking to them. The mounting brackets that came with it are brittle low quality plastic but the unit fits fine on a better socket mount I already had on hand from an automotive vent mount phone holder. Great item especially considering the price.

I checked this product out when it was $60, but decided to wait. When it hit $27 I leaped on it.Pros:- Apple car kit works seamlessly and always connects and restarts music and gps/maps, just like the real thing.- The mounts work really well, and allow long or short arm off the glass- FM sound relay works seamlesslyCons:- Proprietary power cable means you cant swap it out and share the car charger with other devices easily- Contrast is hard to tune in, so it looks washed out- Plastic mount is cheap and I expect will break in the hot sun- The screen easily falls off the window mount- Wish the wire was on the other side, not near the driverNotes:- Power is 5v/3amps- Didn't test the rear camera feature

I'm still not sure about this unit. I had it in my car at first and could barely see the screen. I increased the brightness as much as I could but it just wasn't good. I then put it in my truck and it seemed to be much better. I have used it a handful of times without a mount by putting it on the steering column. I do like the features as it was easy to connect, setup and use. I drive a 2013 truck so this is a great addition even though, I'm still not sure about the screen quality.
